Service has always been consistently worse when compared to all the other Little Casers we have visited over the years (+20yrs) in various states. The service at the Lugoff branch hit an all time low today. They messed up my order again! This time I drove the extra 14 miles to take it back. I explained to them that I had to drive additional miles to return it and only half my kids got to eat. I asked if there was a discount on my next order? Acting Manager and Colleague said they do not give discounts. They went on to say that the fact that they remade my pizza to the correct order and didn't charge me for the new correct pizza WAS MY DISCOUNT! When I asked for her name she walked off! Complete unprofessional!!! This would NOT happen anywhere else I can assure you. Should have got a discount or even better yet......comp the Pizza. Sad service Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
