Very good food, very friendly and efficient service, but definitely overcrowded and too packed. Lack of reservations on the weekends may play into that. We visited on one of the very cold January weekends and the heating was not up to the task. Would go again, but probably on a warmer weeknight evening. My New York Strip was cooked to perfection, and was easily one of the best steaks I have ever had. However, my wife ordered a medium hamburger. It came out extra well done, like barely not a piece of charcoal. We addressed it with our waitress, who apologized and took it back to be replaced. Her replacement sandwich took forever to come out, and I was completely done with my entire meal before it was brought to us. There was no visit by the manager to ensure it was better the second time around, no coupon(s) for our next visit, or discount given on my wifes meal. NOTHING! Completely unacceptable. Lesson learned. I'll stick to Texas Roadhouse from here on out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

LongHorn Steakhouse is a great spot in Terre Haute enjoy a delicious steak dinner. You can always trust that the meals at LongHorn are going to be tasty! I ordered the steak and shrimp combo meal that I served with two sides. I chose the loaded back potato for one side, and upgraded to a side Strawberry salad. The salad was extremely fresh and stacked with grapes, strawberries, oranges, feta cheese, and candies walnuts topped with a raspberry vinaigrette. I was also served house bread and butter to start my meal. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. Along with the loaded baked potato and 6oz sirloin, the 8 count shrimp skewers were served on a bed of rice. Ribeye steak is one of my favorite at Longhorn. The meat is very tender, juicy and great flavors. In addition the price is very reasonable for a steak! The side salad and mashed potatoes unique. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
