The quality of the food here is awful! We ordered a churrasco with Chimichurri which I received without the chimichurri. When I advised this item was missing I was told "let me see if there is anymore" ideally I would've appreciated being told that this was out as I placed my order. When it was finally brought out I was told it was cold as it just came out the fridge (warming this up prior to serving would've been standard). My partner ordered the "best" ribeye on the menu and asked for this to be cooked as medium. When the ribeye came out it was extremely bloody. They remade, we asked for it to be "Medium well" it came out the second time as "well done" (tough and charred from the bottom). This is a "steak" place how could they get this wrong twice? The mac and cheese was dry and brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp. I would NEVER eat herr again as it was a complete waste of money. My family and I went to dine at this restaurant and we left disappointed. The decor of the restaurant is amazing but the rest of the experience was poor. As soon as we sat to dinner the server rushed to get an order without allowing us time to read the full menu. My sister-in-law asked for a steak but it was overcooked when she asked for it medium in which it was sent back and it took almost the whole dinner for the it to come back out properly cooked. Also the rounds of steaks ordered for the table came out as if they were slapped onto a plate with no décor and no presentation. It was completely underwhelming. Furthermore there are zero vegetarian dishes in which I was the only one at the tabel, I asked for a loaded potato in which it also had to be sent back because it came out not the way it was ordered. I asked for a baked potato with sour cream and chives. Even that was not done well. I do not recommend this restaurant. The service was poor the food presentation was poor and it was a very expensive dinner to leave completely unsatisfied. Meal type Dinner Price per person $90–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I love longhorn, wherever they have one, it’s a good chain restaurant! they always serve that warm wheat bread, it’s the best. I had a burger today that was bigger than my head, cooked perfectly served with French fries. I got a to-go order of the brussel sprouts which are bomb, they are toasted and drizzled with honey, and the steakhouse mac n cheese so YUM! 🫶🏾🤍 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fresh Bread and Butter

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner and we sat at our table waited for our food for well over an hour the server forgot our appetizer and the Parmesan crusted chicken tasted awful and was completely burnt and inedible. Really this is not the best place to eat good my second time and also bad experience as my first time they burn and no matter what they manager brought to me to see if pass but was almost Tre onces of charcoal nasty uikk. And my daughter 🥩 we ask for well dónde was bloody why i did like was the strawberry margarita and the waitress guy was so nice and he recommended good but kitchen don't pull so goog.price are not comfortable at all and. The food was delicious and one of the best margaritas I had in a while! The day I want was on March, 2022, had to wait almost an hour to have a table, but the wait was freaking worth it! The waiter was super nice and made our time of waiting less stressful. If I return to Manati, I will return here to have a nice and delicious dinner. I recommend this place!

Disappointed again. This longhorn in Manatí really disappoints me again but for the last time. They served me not only a well done steak while I ordered a medium one but it also was a reheated steak. Burn on the outside, cold inside and dry as a rock. Even the super expensive lobster sauce over it was dry. The waiter was kind enough to take it and bring a new one and the second time was perfectly medium and right out of the stove. But. It lacked seasoning. The Mac and cheese my daughter ordered was dry as well. And the prices of all, thru the roof. Really expensive and disappointing. For good steaks, local restaurants have better tasting and for less money. At least our waitress was really kind and I felt well treated. But for the food, only if I’m invited and not paying.

While this would not be my first choice while visiting a new place like Puerto Rico, it is very conveniently located next to the Hyatt. I visited several times during my stay and my meals were always good. The staff is friendly and the drinks are relatively cheap. Shout out to Norman who was an excellent bartender.
