Stopped overnight at the adjoining motel and dined here at Las Cobas and thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine special. A platter of food came as large as the waitresses serving tray. Included two margaritas which were delicious. The food was tasty, hot and delicious. It came with appetizer of refried beans and salsa, and all the chips you could possibly want. Our server, Liesa, was attentive to our needs. She was very professional, and seemed to be a very good worker that the restaurant should be proud of. We may go out of our way on our return trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota in order to stay at the Clarion Hotel again so that we might enjoy another dining experience here. Excellent food. I don't eat Latin cuisine when not home but hey it was attached to my hotel and I didn't have to drive anywhere. I wasn't disappointed and every dish I experienced was phenomenal...
