I got my seat right away and my drink. Even though there were just 3 other tables seated, it took forever for my server to take my order. Make that two forevers! The food was delicious! But i never got a drink refill. Then it took two more forevers to get my bill! I'm a local customer and I'm not sure I'll be returning. I didn't like the hospitality. A couple was seated at the table next to mine, and I overheard them say they wondered how much longer it was going to be for their orders to be taken. They didn't even get to give their drink orders. Somebody threw up on my husband (all over his sweater, jeans and tennis shoes) in the bathroom after clearly being over served mimosas on Saturday at 3 pm in the afternoon. Middle of the day, seriously? The supervisor proceeded to giggle at the situation when they approached our table to apologize. What an inappropriate way to handle an absolutely ridiculous situation. Nothing funny about this scenario. Clearly your mid day Saturday leadership is not mature enough to handle the job. Thanks for the $10 off of our bill- it really helped us pay for new tennis shoes for our weekend of visiting laramie for my husband. Additionally, overheard the supervisor approach the table where the young man had come from who threw up all over my husband and explain that she wasn’t mad at them but they needed to close out the bill. One plus side for asking them to leave but so many other steps were handled incorrectly and honestly just completely infuriating. I used to love this place when I was in college. What a dump it has turned into now. If this is how they handle mid day Saturday business I don’t want to imagine what their kitchen and food handling practices are like. Avoid lovejoys. First the food. I had what is probably the best waffle today in Laramie at Love Joy's, 11/18. Food was great! The service was not. The ladies that were on shift this afternoon were more interested in talking to their friends, taking shot behind the bar and ignoring everyone else. When confronted they turned to denying everything. Worst service in Laramie, some really good food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Not So Straight

This is a shout out to Bobby. Not only did he show the greatest customer service but genuinely showed care and connection with me the customer. He used my name several times on the phone, as a greeting, to give me updates, and to pass information along to the others on staff at the time. He was upbeat and genuinely happy. He even used my name to say goodbye. This was above and beyond what was required of someone in an equal position or what I have ever experienced before. If the owner reads this, please give Bobby a raise and keep him around as long as possible because it was an absolute privilege to have him for my simple to go order.
