This was seriously the best Chinese food my fiance and I have had in over a year! We had a bit of trouble with the online order platform, and someone (possibly the owner) was so kind and came out when we arrived to not only show us how it worked for next time but to ask us our feedback so he could keep making it better! It's so rare to meet business owners that are so intentional about making sure their clients have a good experience, and we felt like our business really mattered to him! My family placed over a $200 order that we traveled all the way from Waldoboro to come get. It takes us 20 minutes to drive there alone. We took the food home, and when we got back we were missing an entire Pupu for 3, a gi poo lomain, and a orange chicken. They made us bring back everything else to get what was replaced. They said they would make everything fresh, and instead they sent us back with everything we had just brought back that at this point was over an hour old. Which we didn't realize because it had taken them an extra 35 minutes to "make" it. We bring it home again and they say the only thing they can do (in terms of a refund) would be if we were to bring back the food a second time. And hung up on my aunt when she called.
