It didn’t live up to what I’m used to when it comes to Lupe Tortilla. I realize that these are franchises and individually owned and operated. I was left waiting and wondering in the parking lot for my pickup order. No one came. I had to go it and search from someone to bring my food all the way in the expediting section. Everything I ordered wasn’t in the bag either. As I said not what I’m used too. So maybe it was an off night I don’t know. I waited an hour. Everything was great. Word of advice: it was very loud in the dining room. Saturday for lunch, no wait for a party of 4. Food was of good flavor and reasonable size portions. Guacamole was great! The beef fajita was delicious. The server kept the chips, salsa, and drinks filled. Visited the restaurant during the swing, in between lunch and dinner, and chose to sit at a high top in the bar area. Our server was amazing. Very attentive, offered an opinion on a few of the dishes when asked, and made sure we were all taken care of from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak and shrimp. My vegetarian friend said the spinach and artichoke enchiladas were on point. We have to plan another visit soon. I had the Chicken Lupe tonight and it was decent. It had pretty good flavor. The rice had nice flavor too. The charro beans that they bring to the table when you come in were bland and needed lots of salt. The salsa also had something in it I wasn’t a huge fan of. I know the salsa used to be different though. The tortillas also seemed awful chewy and almost stale. It was a weird texture. Service was good though.
