Great sushi! Came here for the second time on Sunday and had a great dinner! Thankfully they were not super busy so we got seated quick. Ordered spicy edamame, some hot green tea, and 3 different rolls. Our servers were very attentive and took great care of us. Food was delicious, and we left very satisfied. My fiance and I were just stopping through Lodi and decided to have lunch here. And we're so glad we did! Sushi is our favorite food, and Sushi Bistro did not disappoint. My fiance got a nigiri platter and I got a couple specialty rolls and it was all A+ quality, from service, to presentation, to taste. I have been wanting to eat here for years now... I'm so happy we were able to spend our date night here last night. The atmosphere was great and service was good and the food was awesome. I dont usually do reviews but.. This place is just absolutely, AMAZING. I bring my family monthly and it's our favorite choice for lunch or dinner. Worth the 40min drive each time. Their rolls are loaded with toppings which we love. By far the b.e.s.t sushi restaurant in the valley! Amazing food, awesome service and atmosphere. Best sushi in Lodi! Fresh sushi, creative rolls (love the Snow White, Killer Bri, and Pink Orchid), and delicious ramen! M ribs and hamachi crisp, and NY strip tataki were also phenomenal! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Bistro and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The menu was extensive, with a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to choose from. I decided to try the chef's special sushi platter, and I was not disappointed. The sushi was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. Each piece was carefully crafted and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I highly recommend Sushi Bistro to anyone looking for great Japanese cuisine. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. I can't wait to go back!

Delicious, beautiful, great service, good service pace, nice touch with the cucumber in the water. Impressed with the roll especially for PREGNANT PEOPLE!! Super cool. 2 opportunities to improve: temp control near the front of the store on the warm days is poor. It's hot in there! Also, the table stain/ clear coat is getting tacky to the touch so they need to be stripped and redone--our shirt elbows and napkins are sticking and it feels kinda yucky, but there's no amount of wiping them that will help.
