The looks of the restaurant is down home Cafe style. Nothing fancy or over decorated. It has an extensive menu. The food we ordered was great! Our dishes were definitely reminiscent of Mexico. The service was great. Couldn't ask for a better server. It's a little high on cost, but its genuine. Definitely will be going back. Delicious! They have homemade tortillas! The salsa is warm and very tasty. We enjoyed the queso fundido a la Mexicana and the chilaquiles with eggs and steak. We also tried a steak taco. I wouldn't call it "hit or miss," but the food quality can vary. Fortunately it usually varies from average to very good. The portion sizes are generous, and the free chips you get are delicious It's obviously a scheme to encourage ordering guacamole or queso fundito You know what? It's very effective. This place has some good food, some of the combination plates give you options to try different things off the menu. I had the 2 chicken enchiladas 1 taco and sope 5/5. My lovely wife had the asada quesadilla 1 chicken taco and tastada. The drinks were to die for we had the jamaica water habiscus water 5/5. The waitress and everyone at the place was friendly, i highly reccomend this place if your around the neighborhood Tip your servers! Okay this place has pretty good food. Not to bad of meat. Rice tasted good beans tasted good and the price was nice. They have indoor seating no outside. I ordered out and surprised they gave tortillas chips for free to go with my order. I liked that alot. I will be ordering from them more often.

Update: It's called "Desayuno Macho's" and it's delicious. This is my first time checking out their breakfast. Got it without any substitutions. Corn tortillas and it comes with a bag of tortilla chips and salsa. Incredible food. Good portions and great value When the old restaurant that occupied this space closed down I was disappointed. Macho's Grill sign went a couple weeks ago and I couldn't wait to try. Got the cecina taco dinner on homemade corn tortillas, chicken flautas and a side of chips and guacamole. They did not disappoint! Will definitely be eating here again and again.
