Let me just start by saying, I tried to give this specific place the benefit of the doubt multiple times and each time they have been a BIG LET DOWN LITERALLY!!! Now before I get into my review Marcos pizza use to be one of my fav pizzas chain but not anymore!! So lets get started, I wish i could give this location ZERO STARS But First off you would think upon entering the building they would acknowledge you but NOPE! Their customer service here is none existent. You have people standing around doing UNSANITARY things not washing their hands after touching everything they encounter, Flies all over flying around and much more! The employees are not friendly and rude! SO EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! STAY AWAY! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I posted a negative review yesterday that I need to delete, recall, change. It was a total miscommunication, and I am more than half at fault. I pre-ordered online and decided to eat inside. It was done right and tasted great! Definitely love going online to get great deals. Staff was friendly, and the service was great from start to finish. My wife ordered our lunch today at Marcos pizza (our usual go to pizza spot) and I was absolutely shocked and disappointed. As I walked in I wasn’t greeted as we usually are with a “Welcome to marcos!”, Instead all I was hearing was coughing. Meanwhile hearing the coughing I walk up to the counter to see the woman working behind the counter coughing over a pizza she was cutting that just got out of the oven. Following that she proceeded to come over and introduced herself as Faith, (with no emotion and wasn’t really welcoming) and proceeded to give me my pizza and didn’t even bother washing her hands after wiping her nose and mouth after coughing. (Over the previous pizza) Ultimately I paid for the pizza and left me and my wife did not eat it due to the fact we don’t want to get sick and who knows if our pizza was contaminated as well. Usually the costumer services are good and fast paced with great pizza none the less, this definitely won’t deter us from going aging it was just a huge disappointment! Oh wow I was in the location earlier today and I was greeted by the most awesome and friendly member of management, I believe her name is Faith⭐️‼️ The manager knew what was best to feed a small but large crowd for pizza. Faith, taking my order efficiently was polite and helpful all in one. That's wasn't the best part, she even made my pizza 🍕 for me and the Best part is the pizza 🍕 was freaking amazing with the suggestions Faith made. I was impressed, my party could not believe this was Marco's Pizza because a lot of people has not have the chance to sample Marco's. It is a quality over quantity pizza, this is not Little Ceasar so keep in mind when ordering. I do recommend this location for Marco's pizza 🍕. I do want to thank Faith for being so helpful and making the best Pizza I have had in a very long time. I do recommend this store for the best Pizza in Atascocita. Everything was done correctly! Called in an order for pizza to pick-up Saturday about 5:45 pm. The worker was busy but listened well. He estimated the single large pizza to be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived the pizza was warm. He also said keep my coupon that came in the mail which can be re-used until it expires. A great alternative to the hut nearby which has mixed reviews. Really great food with awesome crust and sauce and fresh toppings. Delivery took about an hour and sadly they didn’t bring Parmesan cheese or crushed red peppers. Kinda hurt the experience. Please stock red peppers and Parmesan cheese. It’s a small step to make your customers happy especially when I spent $87 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Our pizza was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I'm not exaggerating. You know this pizza had to be good if I took time to add cute emojis to the pictures I posted, hehehe. We ordered the garlic sauce crust, w/ pepperoni and Italian sausage. The crust was golden brown with just the right amount of garlic sauce on it. We started eating the crust first, that's how good it is. The meat was flavorful and moist, cheese and sauce amount perfect! If you guys continue to make pizzas like the one we got today, we'll end up being your best customers! Thank you for providing good quality and fresh ingredients! Kudos to the entire staff at Marco's Pizza 👍🏼
