First time at a Marcos Pizza. Ordered pickup, sat in lobby, went up to pay for the pickup after the time the email said it would be ready but it wasn't ready or in queue and they had to remake the order. Finally out of there 30 min later. They offered credit on next order but doubtful we will get credit. Doubt we will return anytime soon. Tasty but greasy pizza. Very noisy store. No need to be rude but am not sure what rude service that individual is talking about. I have been there several times and I’ve yet to have bad service. Amazing service, Amazing pizzas and thank you guys for bringing options to Crosby! Look at what a great pizza we are getting??! When was the last time you saw these quality?? 10 years ago?? The food is great but to be newly opened there is no need for rude customer service. The lady looked like the didn’t want to be there. I got there on time as the “promised time” stated to pick up my order and she said. “It’s not ready.” Nothing more just nonchalantly walked off to BARLEY start my pizza. She never apologized for having me wait 22 minutes extra, and never even cracked a smile to at least try to have good customer service. For this reason I have to give 3 stars. Although the pizza is good. Next time I return hopefully things will be better. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I went with my uncle and family today and we had a pleasant experience! Pizza was delicious and cheesy. Everyone loved the wings, brownies and cheese bread. The dinning room area was clean and customer service was great. Owner was nice and courteous ☺️ I definitely recommend! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first time eating at Marco’s. We decided to dine in and ended up waiting an hour and 40 minutes for two pizzas. While waiting, some of the workers got into an argument and started screaming at each other, which is extremely unprofessional. Kudos to the manager who worked tonight because he quickly put a stop to the fighting and even offered to refund us for our pizzas once they were ready. We declined the refund, but it’s obvious that this location has a lot of kinks to work out. Hopefully things will get better soon. As far as the food goes, we weren’t too impressed. The pizzas weren’t bad, but they weren’t great either. I would recommend giving this location some time to settle in and then maybe try them out. My first visit to Marcos in Crosby. I purchased 2 orders of wings and a dessert cinnamon squares. Definitely not a fan of the wings. The cinnamon squares are advertised as served with icing in the menu and visually on menu board. No icing was included. I called Marcos who advised the icing is included "Per Request". I don't usually post reviews . But tonight We order 2 pepperoni and i thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizzas , cheese bread, bone in chicken wings, some kind of rolled chicken thing and a brownie. The whole order was cold. They delivered 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and the thin crust was right. The chicken wings were boneless. The whole order was delivered cold. I heard a bunch of people rave about this pizza. So we tried it and my whole family had issue with food. Maybe if it was delivered hot might had made a difference. But as for now I don't thinks we will be order from here any time soon. I hope they get better on the deliveries. Service Delivery Price per person $30–50 Food: 2

Seriously was so exited to finally have a Marcos near my house and to go and get a pizza and get a piece of NAIL !!!!!! In our pizza was so freaking disgusting!!!!🤢 🤢🤮never eating there again 🤮🤮🤮

I went yesterday for the first time, the store was having internet issues, so orders we're backed up a bit,,, BUT I WANT TO SAY, the employees and I mean ALL were working hard, the cashiers VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL,, the Manager who I spoke with today , just as sweet, apologetic,, I did not need an apology,, THE CREW AT MARCOS PIZZA IN CROSBY “KUDOS GREAT JOB,, I will.
