We used to love this Marco's. Recently the customer service has become comical. It seems like the staff couldn't be bothered with even a semblance customer service. Rude during an order for delivery and then decided they would cancel our order without informing us. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

I got off of work after a very long shift and was really looking forward to some really great pizza as I used to come here all the time when I lived in trophy club. I started calling just after 11 o’clock to place an order for a simple pepperoni pizza and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I walked in to talk to the lady about getting a simple pizza, she was very rude and had a horrible attitude with me, telling me that they don’t accept orders within the last hour of the place being open, which is nowhere on their website. Because of this horrible lady and her horrible attitude, I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on and will just be getting a better quality pizza from Tom Thumb on the way out of the neighborhood for tonight. It is also extremely frustrating since I am nine months pregnant and drove all the way over here only to be treated so poorly by the worker behind the counter. I was still on hold when I walked into the store and heard the phone ringing as I was walking in. If she had just taken two minutes to answer the phone and inform me that she was no longer taking orders so I didn’t waste my time, I would have been upset, but understanding and wouldn’t be writing this review. She was extremely rude, and I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received here tonight. Would put 0/5 stars if it were an option just because of her attitude. Disgusting. Service: 1

I'm really sad, I gave this place 2 tries recently and both times the Pizzas I ordered both came with hardly any sauce on it, the pizza was so try and overall you can really tell they try to cheap with the toppings and cheese as well. I don't think I'll ever go back there again, the Domino's in Roanoke (which is down the street) is so much better or pastazza in trophy club is million times better. I got my food and had many insect all over the pizza. Not mentioning that the service is horrible. The managaer tried to get me to rate this place a 5 star but I couldn't do that so we had a brawl in the middle of the restaurant.
