This is the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. We ordered several items from Maria’s via door dash. The food was so bad we could not eat anything but the pirogues and salads. The pasta is over cooked, too much water, flavors disgusting, worst was the fried ravioli. There was such a bad aftertaste. I kind of feel like the oil in the fryer may be bad or something. The food was bad enough that I will never eat there again. Food: 1

The bolognese was the best I’ve ever had. This place has never disappointed. But I cannot stress enough that the bolognese was an out of this world experience. And the tiramisu is to die for. Decent food in a cafeteria style restaurant with fast friendly service. The puttanesca was very good but the Bolognese not so much. It was good but more like a Pennsylvania Dutch style bolognese. Everyone here is so nice and understanding. The food is super good (some of its not to my taste but I know others would love it! Im just picky!) The dining room is quiet every time we come in, the chips are perfect (trust me!), and you can watch the sunset as you eat the best pasta youve ever had. 100/10, 5 stars across the board, my fiance and I stop here every time we come to Dubiois!
