Prices are out of control. Spend 25-50% less at Hannaford for the same or better quality. Not enough staff means you usually have to pack your owns bags or self checkout. Meat quality has gotten worse especially chicken breasts and ground beef. Veggies go bad faster than normal.

Today was the last day I will ever set foot in a price chopper/market 32. Tried to purchase a box of energy drinks advertised as $6 off (by the label on the shelves) and it turns out the sale had ended - and no one had bothered to remove the sale tag. It took me 10 minutes of waiting for assistance at the self-checkout lane before I finally just abandoned my cart and walked out. I wasn't going to shell out an extra $6 on an item that has a sale price of a different store's regular price. Why pay at least $1 - $6 more per item when you can make the 15 minute drive to Walmart for the same thing, just cheaper? There is nothing special about price chopper/market 32 that would demand such price gouging. The people who set these prices should be ashamed of themselves, especially when we live in an economy where more and more of us need to make our dollars stretch. It's purely extortion. It is a disgusting practice and as a result I will never patronize another one of your stores.

So I came in and wanted the chance to get a interview so I could get a job. I then was told since I’m 16 years old that I can’t be hired because the store manager will no longer hire 15, 16 and 17 year olds because he’s had a few problems. If I’m not mistaken that’s discrimination and not okay at all. The store manager needs to grow up and set aside his problems with some kids and act like an adult. If you’re gonna not hire some kids because you’ve had a couple bad encounters then I don’t think he should be a store manager at all.

new updated review. This store shelves are a ghost town. maybe try re-ordering stuff... stop being out of everything , I won't provide an itemized list because when the ownership shows this little interest. why should I waste my time

Typical Sunday morning checkout. No baggers-no surprise. Lazy cashier bags one item for the customer in front of me who is struggling to bag all of her items so the cashier can start my order. Cashier asks this customer twice if she wants help out to her car (I wouldve said no, but I do need your help bagging). Hannaford knows how to move people thru the check out. M32, you continue to fall short by making your customers do the work of your cashiers.

Does the consumer benefit from a price reduction as a result of Market 32 not employing customer checkout or bagging employees in the evening? It feels like a huge ripoff to stand in line for 5 minutes waiting for one of the non-broken self-checkout kiosks while some lazy high school kid watches from a computer nearby.

Price Chopper is great. They have great sales. Their produce is top notch. They also have a fantastic flavored water and Strawberry is my favorite.

Compared to the one by me, in Broadalbin NY. This one is so BIG. And the lady stocking the produce was so nice as to help me locate the "bread wall". I really like this Market32 💕 really easy to navigate once you get used to it. Being my second time here (was visiting family, and was in the area) I will definitely be recommending this to anyone. Visitors and all 🙂

Stopped in cause they had good deals this but to be honest the young dude cashier watched me to struggle as I was bagging my own groceries, when I go to hannaford they always helping bag my stuff, a reason why I always avoid market 32 sometimes, kind of pushy and forgot to put my advantage card in the system, I had to say something!! Would have been overcharged so much for the deals if I didn’t.

Great prices and excellent customer service. The staff are wonderful and the store is kept very clean and sanitary. There were a lot of empty shelves on our visit, but it’s expected with the pandemic and this store location which is quite busy. There is a great amount of parking at this store as well.
