Most of the food was cold, like it was waiting a long time. The staf was uninterested and there was a lot of garbage on the tables. So it was not a nice experience. Very slow service, 15 people in that kitchen and are no rush to finish 3 orders. They kept messing it up, at the end they forgot the coffee we ordered. Our bus has almost gone without us. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good but the service at the mc cafe was unfriendly. I ordered a latte and sat down with the kids to wait for it. Totally forgot about my coffee, but the lady who worked there never flagged me down or brought the coffee over to where we sat. In the end, I left with the kids and only realised when I sat in the car that I didn't get my latte. So I went back in and saw it standing on the counter - warm and without a lid. I asked for a lid and was then told that I couldn't get one because I ordered for eat in. In the end she gave me a lid anyways.
