Yesterday I had the best cheeseburger from McDonald's ever. Not sure if it's because it was fresh and my bun was nice and crispy or because 2 pieces of cheese must have gotten stuck together but now I want to order extra cheese on my cheeseburgers! Several months ago I ate here I ordered a quarter pounder when I got home and had taken a bit then another I discovered there was a hair cooked into the middle of my beef patty. I complained to the restaurant and they said it was the manager who never wears a hair net. They offered me a new meal which I absolutely said no to I also complained to the restaurant and corporate online and never heard back. You could hear the morning manager (big bone lady with glasses)in the back scolding employees out in the lobby. She is very unprofessional. And then Not to us but she was also rude to other customers . She walks around there like a drill Sargent. Was going to dine in but felt uncomfortable and left. Every time I get anything through the drive through, it's wrong. No matter the location. Order: 2 sweet teas, no ice. 1 egg McMuffin, 1 sausage biscuit with cheese. 2 hashbrowns. Recieved : 2 teas, with ice, and my biscuit had egg on it, no cheese. 1 hashbrown. And they want more than $15 an hour!
