The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty chicken nuggets and nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches. It's a pleasant experience to taste good ice cream. This place is known for great iced coffee. It's easy to find this fast food due to the convenient location. Many reviewers consider employees courteous. There is lovely atmosphere at McDonald's. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

This location is always good. Last night around 7:30 I used the kiosk to order and waited at a table. Once we got the food I double checked as we had 3 special orders items. Quarter pounder could have been cooked a little longer as it was pink inside and our 3 medium fries were a little undercooked, but not too bad. The 20 pack of nuggets was fully cooked and the 3 sauces were included. No napkins. I got down to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper, went to the drive through to order and no one was at the speaker, made me park to wait for my order even though the store wasn’t busy, didn’t give me napkins with my order and forgot my drink, and when they did bring out my drink it was dripping and had no straw to drink it. To top it off here’s an uncooked fry from my order 🙃 seriously it’s fast food how do you eff up this much? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before we were told they could not take orders due to a computer failure. Then I was stuck for another 20 minutes because we were all trapped in the line. No help from the staff!!!! Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What an outstanding experience my family had here. The service and the kindness of the employees was above and beyond. Amber, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind. David and Robert both demonstrated excellent customer service and just that extra human touch. I was extremely impressed with the staff here. Been waiting outside for 15+ minutes after ordering 2 hot n spicy a soda and a hamburger. Cars just driving off that have been here for 5 minutes or less. The manager Maria was very rude and did not listen and walked away while I was trying to inform her of how her employee messed up our order. I wanted a Carmel frappe and I got a Carmel ice cup . You don't have to have much brains to make a caramel frappe. Gave mcdonald's three chances still can NOT do it right going BACK to STARBUCK. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I came here because the competition was too slow on drive thru not taking orders sequentially. While my order was taken promptly here my experience only went downhill from there. 1. Ordered a large combo received a medium. With a drink that looked like someone had taken a drink. While this is forgivable the additional errors in combination were to many to ignore. 2. I received my order. Realized I didnt get my mcflurry. I received a plain burger which I didn't order a plain a burger. So I had to walk in to have them correct it. I simply requested if my order could be corrected as had not ordered plain and had not received mcflurry I showed receipt and handed the order to them. 3. When I received my order to my surprise it was fairly quick 3-5 min. I wass so hungry I sat down and bit Into my order only to realize meat was not cooked properly. I took a picture and believe manager approached after noticing took picture showed burger. She did offer to replace. Requested to cook to make it right. I simply mentioned to try to get the orders right the first time. I was too hungry to return it and was simply going to leave a review I told her. I'm not the type to be returning items and as unsatisfied as I was I was not a happy camper she was not making the situation any better as much as she was trying. She stated they were short staffed and that "sometimes it happens" the uncooked meat? . I mean after you make a mistake your goal should be to get it right. Yet you want another opportunity? That's exactly what I expressed. Few minutes later realized mcflurry was incorrect as it was not oreo. After she brought the correct mcflurry she did try to make it up by providing some coupons even though had told her I was good didn't want anything or replacement of any sort simply to do better. After I was ready to leave simply passed along those coupons someone else can enjoy them. Few years ago had a similar situation at this location however it was raw chicken in center. In that instance the manager stated that it had just been freshly cooked that it was not possible as if I had stated it was old or something. It was the manager. That instance which I was dumbfounded and simply requested a hamburger instead to not risk salmonella. Being short staff is no excuse for less than satisfactory service. Being short staff is not an excuse for the multiple mistakes. Being short staff is no excuse for the excuses tried to use to justify the lack of service. Being short staff I could understand if I saw the staff being proactive but while inside everyone seemed very laid back not under any pressure or much effort for that matter. Keep it simple. Absolutely terrible. Idk what they're putting in the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, but it was NOT chicken. My order came out in less than 30 seconds, so It definitely was not fresh. Also had to stand there and wait until I saw the sign to "ring bell for service " what a joke. These people want $20/hr, and can't even stand at the register. I refuse to use the self order kiosk.
