This place is absolutely horrible. Employees look down at you, and refuse to accommodate the customer. Was in the lobby and heard at least 2 people having messed up orders. Upon being asked how I was, and replying "good", i was told "you're lucky" with an attitude and had my drinks shoved into my hands. Just because you're not happy doesn't mean you can take it out on the customer will not be returning Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For being a “ open 24 hrs” fast food place, this is the suckiest McDonald’s I have been too. Went there for breakfast and they had the screens and lights on and no one responded so we went up to the window and instead of saying hey we aren’t accepting orders right now they watched us sit there and looked at us like deer in headlights. They were 24 hours, now closes at 11 on Tuesday/Wednesday. Best McD in the area. Sometimes long waits but its not their fault.

Used drive thru and order taker was upbeat and professional young man. Service window greeted me with a smile, confirmed my order handed me the bag and said "thank you" Some franchisers know and requires customer service excellence. Ordered via mobile app. They first tried giving us no fries. Then have us a 4pc. Chicken kids meal when i Ordered and paid for a 6 pc.. then have us literally half a big Mac! And not to mention the 20 min wait. 5 at drive thru speaker waiting for no one to respond. Then i just pulled up since it was a mobile order and it still took about 15 min to get the food. They said they were busy. But no one was in front of me beside one person that had to order at window cause they refused to take orders over drive thru speaker. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

5.00 chicken sandwich suppose to be “Artisan” Wednesday I ordered one I got a seeded bun, today I ordered one and the lettuce was black old and partially slimy. Manager that answered phone at store was nice enough, couldn’t come back out due to it being sick and being cold and let’s face it the gas to drive all the way back over there not worth it. Let’s step it up a little please for your late night eaters if your going to charge so much for sandwiches at least use produce that equals cost, and if your out of the correct buns, let us know before you substitute, we could be allergic to sesame.
