The woman that usually works the drive through is completely ignorant and rude 24/7 and acts as if you aren’t even there even while being completely nice and saying thank you she continues to ignore you and not even speak and when she does she is completely rude. It has been every time I’ve been there. Plus it says open 24 hours and they definitely aren’t. I’ve held my tongue every time though the drive through and only because I live close and this is the only one I come to and I don’t want spit in my food but eventually I will loose it. I’m always kind and say thank you and see these people as people, not just workers so I am as nice as I can be. We are traveling more South and needed a bathroom break, lunch, and a good stretch. Unknowingly,we stopped at a place with a small play place. That was a bonus! The location is disgusting, and tables and floors aren't clean at all. I'm pregnant and needed to sit down, and the table we sat at had pickles on the ground... can't move tables since there aren't any near the play place that are low to the ground for our Autistic 2 year old. I ordered table service, which is SUPPOSED ro mean that an employee bring my food to the table, they instead called my name loudly and almost didn't hand my drink cup over, though I clearly hadn't received it. The play place says the last time it was "cleaned" was 9/8/2023, assuming they mean deep cleaned. But there's another sign that says they close the playplace down every 4 hours to "sanitize." The play place is basically black and gray with dirt. There's no way they clean this often. And for those going to come at me, I've worked at McDonald's in Washington state. I know standards and expect standards. We were here for about 40 minutes, and I never saw one employee even doing a quick clean on tables or anything. The food was mediocre. The fries they gave us were burnt/cooked too long and a bunch of tiny end pieces. They were out dang near all specialty drinks... like TEA! unsweet tea is my only craving this pregnancy and was disappointed by that. Sure, it's a holiday weekend, and I would normally give a pass for that; there was just too much wrong. This location always has problems with mobile ordering. Did a mobile order this morning for 2 hashbrowns. The lady at the front counter told me she threw my food away because it had been sitting there for too long. I placed the order about 5 minutes before I arrived. Take a look at these french fries this is a large order fresh out of the sack they had to be at the drive-through. Looks like they poured the leftovers in the bottom of the basket into my tray and served it to me, really feel cheated. all the french fries in the holder are that size and that old. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If you go through the drive-thru and order your food it will be wrong I think there may be something wrong with the speaker box. If you go inside and you order your food it will be wrong think there's something wrong with employees hearing. After you get your food fix it will be...Maybe if you don't have to argue with the manager. There's only about three workers there who really do a good job and the rest are there for a paycheck and that's it. I suggest not throwing a kid's birthday party there. But if you do it will be wrong.. the problem is nobody cares up there and that's what's wrong with the world today. The customer service is lacking. They hardly ever get your order right the first time. And when you have to come back in they don't make it worth your while to even come back they don't apologize none of that. Never really had an issue with the McDonald’s until last night. Food was kinda disappointing to both me and my boyfriend but sometimes bad nights happen and I get that. However, the lady working the window was lucky I didn’t want to wind up in handcuffs for the night. She was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and needs to learn about customer service. Me and my boyfriend had mobile orders to pick up and he said his code in the drive thru but my app was messing up so we had to go through again which is fine. First time through, she muttered something under her breath as she walked away from the window. My boyfriend and I both knew she said something but we couldn’t figure out what it was. The way she handed the bag through the window she hardly opened it enough to get the bag out. We thought maybe there was a rush and she needed us to hurry. No biggie. But second time through she did the same thing and my boyfriend got the window slammed in his face. I’ve never wanted to go through a drive through window so bad. So incredibly disrespectful. We waited a second at the window for a minute so we could figure the issue out but we were ignored. I left shaking mad. Do better Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seriously the most disappointing McDonald’s ever. They did not give enough food for our happy meals. Fries were half full and they left out the apple slices. So now, we’ve got to get a little more food for our kids.

Great stop for a good deal on drinks - especially if you use the McDs app because you can get two drinks for half price!! Sadly, they missed the mark on a large French fry - AND NO we had not eaten ANY fries yet :( but we had already drove off and hit the frwy to head back to Fort Worth.
