I had a very simple order- nugget kids meals, a number 7, and an Oreo McFlurry In the kids meal I got the wrong side and no sauce. I didn’t get the McFlurry at the drive so I had to park and go inside. Everyone minus one employee was on their phone. I asked for the McFlurry and she hands me the ice cream with the Oreo just lumped on top. I had to specifically ask her to mix it. And each time I go to the particular McDonald’s service seems to get worse. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the slowest service I think I have ever experienced. 23 to make a quarter pounder and a McChicken. No fries, no drink. Just 2 sandwiches. 22 minutes at 615 in the evening. You people are pathetic.

Terrible. Cashier had the personality of a stick. Got 2 large fries... I think they were a day old. I said "Can I get fresh fries please, these are terrible" She snatched them out of my hand, shot me a dirty look, slammed them in the trash can and gave me two fresh ones without a word. Complete incompetence. I live near by and frequent this place regularly. About half of the time they get the order wrong. The other half the food looks and taste like it sat in a food warmer for to many hours. Unlike other McDonald’s this place will try and scam you. They will try to pass medium containers for drinks or fires off as large and small off as medium. Just go somewhere else. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Worst one I've been to waited 15 min in the drive thru I ordered 2 iced coffees an 2 sandwichs. Was told to park an waited another 20 min while watching countless others get served an driving off. I go in and the manager claims someone came in an took my food while inside the firecrew show up to cause they burnt the hell out of mc muffins and continued to serve them regardless. All in all glad I did not get my order cause I skipped breakfast and went to 5 guys for lunch 😅 f mc donalds Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to love this McDonald's now it's one of the worst ones out here. Stand in line waiting on food two McDoubles and a small fry for over 30 minutes. That doesn't even top off the part that it only comes out to $7.29 I gave him a 20 and the lady gave me back like eight bucks. attitude from drive threw staff. Feel rushed and like a bother when making my order. And please when i order a diet soda please try to READ the screen and stop giving regular cola out. You really need to section off the drive thru lane so cars aren’t able to cut off cars that are already in line. I’ve seen cars cut in front of the line coming from the CVS side, and cars drive around the line as you enter the drive thru lane and jump ahead of everyone else. I’ve suggested this to several managers and the response is “ok, I’ll let someone know.” Picked up dinner today and got cold food and rude employees- including the manager. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for food when they weren’t even busy. Said hello and thank you to both boys at both windows and neither one said hello or even acknowledged me. They just handed me the receipt and food and walked away. Where are their manners?! I called the restaurant to let them know and the “manager” answered the phone with a “hello” and an attitude. I said never-mind and hung up because clearly she wasn’t going to get the point if that’s how she answered the phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let's keep it real simple. With the new general manager. Name is SHAWN. I had a messed up order in the afternoon and called spoke to him at the Fallston MD location. And couldn't have found or had a more pleasant and professional experience dealing with him. Good luck to you young man. I would hire him any day to work customer service in my place of business. Just an opinion, have a problem with that location. Ask for Shawn. If you have a legitimate concern or something may be wrong. I am sure he will do his best to keep you as a valued customer.
