I have been to this location multiple times, and my only complaint is the pothole close to the drive thru line.

Went to this Mcdonald’s at 8:30 pm after a competition for school. That being said we were in a school bus that was not able to go through the drive-through. some of us had pre-ordered on the app, and we’re expecting to go inside and pick it up while the others were just going to pay at the counter. The dining room was supposed to be open for at least another half an hour, when we arrived we found that all the doors were locked, and the employees inside were staring and giggling at us without coming to tell us what was going on. it took a phone call inside to an employee that seemingly was nice over the phone who told us that we could go through the drive-through walking since our bus did not fit. however. when we went to pick up our food after ordering it, we were greeted by a very mean young teenage girl, who was cursing and angry that our orders were taken. Yelling she was “going to be fired for this.” not sure how this was our problem, though, as our orders were taken by a very nice man at the window. Never have I experienced such awful hospitality and customer service will definitely be calling back tomorrow to speak to the manager about how the employees handled this. I’ve gone through a McDonald’s drive-through walking before at school buses do not fit and have never had a problem from employees.

When I go to McDonald's, I hope for an experience most of the time I get to have it my way...BUT not this time. Went for breakfast, but we just missed it, so we got lunch instead. All of the food was cold even though lunch had just started. The piece of chicken in my chicken sandwich only took up half the sandwich, I got the 2 cheese burger meal with no onions and no pickles but some how got a tray with just a meat patty and a piece of cheese. My caramel iced coffee did not have the amount of sugar requested and could not taste the caramel. This specific McDonald's was not a good experience.

I went inside to place my order, and when I went to one of the kiosks (because there was noone at the counter), it did not allow me to pay there so I had to go and get in line and wait for someone to help me so I could pay. It did not give me a receipt either, so the employee had to find my order. While waiting, there were multiple other people that had ordered around the same time as me- all waiting for their food, and missing items. Two people even ordered ahead of time on the app and still had to wait (and they also were missing items which caused even more of a delay).
My food ended up coming out wrong but unfortunately we discovered that after we had left and I was not going back to waste more time - 30 minutes was enough!
If you want your food in a timely manner, and you don't want issues or mistakes with that order, do yourself a favor and choose another location to go to. This isn't the first time we have had issues here, and it seems like every time we decide to give them one more chance, they ruin it.

Not so much of a fan at this location. Typically takes forever to get your food. Fries are either decent or desperately cold by the time you get them. Placing a mobile order for drivethrough is a pure waste of time because you will be waiting and then waiting on one of the side spots. Always a bunch of ruckus going on here and a bunch of kids sneaking around the place up to no good. This place just doesn't really observe time like other locations and rarely ever puts sauce in your bag seems like you need to investigate every order. Overall it's ok but if you're looking for something I would steer to an attempt at another location.

Burger King Chicken Nuggets
Ordered from kiosk. Waited for food to come to the table. Got quarter pounder meal large. Fries were half full. Burger was good but looked smaller. Fries were cold burger was fresh. Tasted very good. Would of loved hot fries. There was no ketchup out. Maybe next time I have to ask for it. Dont eat here often. Needed a quick bite.

I ordered three times through the "app" which is supposed to save you time and, I would assume, provide a more accurate order fulfillment, but that is not the case.
Every time i have used it, there was something missing from my order. Once, it was sauce, another time it was a full meal and the third time apple slices and fries from "Happy Meals". So disappointing.

Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 large fries. They had so much salt on them they were inedible! had to be thrown out . There was even salt on my front car seat! Looked like employee dumped an entire box of salt on them! I live 15 miles away. Took pictures to show manager "Bridgit" next time I returned. She would not make good! Zero stars!
