People can order nicely cooked hamburgers at this fast food. Come here and try tasty biscuits. Clients don't like iced coffee at McDonald's. Ordered a double big mac meal at the drive thru. They served it as 2 patties, with a top and bottom bun (no middle) crushed into an oversized box, and charged me $13.65 !!! Prices are incredibly high and the woman at the drive thru window was arrogant. I was belittled for not stopping at the first window (which was unmanned because she was elsewhere), and proceeding to the second window to wait. This window was being used two cars ahead of me, and one would think that they would use both windows at dinner time when both order lines are open. I don't appreciate being criticized for something so ridiculous. I'll be skipping this McDonald's from here on out and going to the Sheetz across the street. Completely horrible service. Manager let's workers ignore customers and leave for 15 minutes to disappear in the back and come back as if they are doing something not pg 13. Food is horrible and I personally watched them pick fries up off the floor on night shift. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Out of my 15 years of restaurant experience and traveling, I never found a place that judges personality over experience. Someone has 3 years of experience in this place but because you don’t like what they look like, you don’t hire them? Talk about great team management skills. Gave no effort. Didn’t even think about a chance. Just gave a dirty look and said no. So whoever the lady is on first shift that does the hiring, should be replaced. That’s horrible people skill and if it was my place, you would never work for me again. Horrible! I ordered with a code from the app to get a free double cheese burger. The young man at the window was trying to tell me I had to pay for both. He tried to explain with some nonsense and finally said nevermind! The burgers came out dripping with grease, to the point that the bun was saturated. There was no onions or mustard and it was overloaded by ketchup. The pickles (which were under the cheese) and the cheese slid right out of the sandwich because the burger was so greasy. The people that work here are actually incompetent. They will literally read your order to you and have it up on the screen and then forget what you ordered and argue with you about it after you've paid for it. They will lose your order to, in an empty drive thru line. But don't worry they'll try and give you someone else's order, and they'll even punch the inside of the window to demonstrate how frustrated they are. In short, if you want your food made by the bottom of the fast food line come here. Hell they'll put mayo and pickles on your breakfast when it's obviously not on the sandwich. I really wonder what else they're doing to the food
