Many visitors come here to try good hash browns. You will be offered good smoothies. Clients don't like sundaes at this fast food. Many reviewers say that employees are well-trained here. I've been to this location several times now, and the store has always been clean. The staff seems to have pride in providing good service. My food has been correct every time, regardless if I have a mobile order, go through the drive-through, or dine in. Waiting to pick up a door dash order (which took 15 minutes), I witnessed the manager yelling and being very rude and demeaning to her employees. Of course wait times are long when you treat your employees like that, who the hell would want to do anything.

This is perhaps the worst McDonald's in the entire country. And it's all because of mismanagement. DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, 20 minutes of that was at the window. Finally after 15 minutes at the window the young lady comes to the window to tell us that they have ran completely out of fries and wanted to know if we wanted a different side. I asked what other sides they had and she looked at me blankly. I told them if you can't complete our order we will need some money back. She handed our burgers out of the window and it was 1 big mac short. We waited a few minutes for the manager to get us the money for the fries that we were not getting and as the young lady handed us the money I informed her that we were 1 big mac short. She looked at me as it was a joke and said wait you had 2 mcdoubles right? I replied yes 2 mcdoubles plain and 2 big macs no lettuce. A few minutes later she brought the missing big mac (which wasn't as I ordered it) handed it to me and informed me that it was made fresh just for me. It infact was not fresh nor was any of the other items that we waited 30 minutes for. Not 1 time did anyone (including the manager) apologize for our wait or for the incomplete order. This is the worst service I have ever had at this particular McDonald's and that is saying something since I have been handed a big mac that had no meat on it at all and several times gotten a diet coke instead of the coke that I ordered. Had ok service till tonight. Apparently someone gave a wrong meal ahead of us. They asked us to park to make again... fine. After a bit brought out, but no drinks so told her we needed our 3 LG teas, choc milk for happy meal and frozen Coke. ' Mgr ' at window had taken my receipt for whatever reason, so we sat, and sat, and sat. Food getting colder by the minute. I finally went in. Our drinks were just sitting on the counter, 3 employees just kinda standing... do they melt in rain? Girl said we got busy.... NOT. No offer of any compensation, food ended up being cool while waiting for drinks. Really take 10 min for drinks?,? Think my family should have got something reduced or something. I don’t give 5 stars often, only when a place sets a new standard! The cashier was an absolute rockstar at serving people, she paid attention to everyone near her counter, answered every request and every thank you with “of course!”, and communicated with the kitchen in order to get things for customers. Food was hot and fresh, restroom clean. My son said we should come to this one instead of our hometown, 20 miles away 😂Thanks for this experience!
