Was served a vanilla shake instead of chocolate, and when I mentioned this, I was told condescendingly that it was chocolate. Shake itself was runny, white, and flavorless. Rude staff. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordering kiosk is near the front door. Circle back if you missed it. The day I visited, the worker at the register moved away as I approached. After standing a while I left, only noticing the out of order ordering kiosk on my way out. Bathrooms and seating areas are clean. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Almost most of the time I’ve been there the food it’s cold or has been sitting for a while. Twice I had return orders due to being incorrect and deluxe crispy chicken being undercooked. Seems like the majority of workers there don’t care about the food quality what so ever. Once in a while it will be good. I stop by there before work sometimes but definitely have reduced going to that specific McDonald’s. Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I've been here three times after 10 pm on a weekend and this restaurant hasn't been open, despite Google and the sign on the door saying they're open until 11. I know it's kinda weird going to McDonald's past 10 pm but they should at least be open the hours they say they are. Also one of the times the workers were just hanging out outside of the building. The chicken sandwich I had was good but my double quarter pounder was raw inside. I didn’t start chowing down until I got home. Had I been at the restaurant eating I would have addressed the staff ASAP. Purchased around 6 pm 1/24/22 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Update 2-23-2020. I don't understand how you can mess up a simple order. Asked for honey mustard sauce sweet and sour and barbecue. the fries were not fresh tasted nasty and you could taste the burnt oil from the fryer. Funny still no response from the owner regarding comments and reviews. They obviously do not care. Honestly from now on we'll drive to Rochester if we really need but in the future probably not. So we have frequented this McDonald's for several years. Almost every time we go there, there is a delay. You're waiting in line or you have to pull over and wait until they have to bring your food out. You absolutely have to double and triple check your order before you drive away from the window because 99.999 percent of the time it's probably not correct. We just left and AGAIN our order was botched. It was a very simple order. Kids meal, #1 & #2 WITH NO ONIONS!!! and a sausage McMuffin with cheese. We had to pull forward and wait for our order because they had to make the "sausage" McMuffin. 1st time they brought out the order they forgot the chocolate milk for the kids meal. 2nd trip out they forgot the ranch dressing and then....The made the burgers "WITH ONIONS AND.....PUT EGG ON THE "SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN". Last chance for romance with this McDonald's and I'm finally going to go ahead and send a report to McDonald's headquarters to see if they're franchisee can get their franchise license pulled from this place. The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to In My Life! East Coast to West Coast, North to South this is the worst McDonald's ever! AND.....Just took a bite of my Big Mac and noticed there wasn't much cheese, opening up there was literally maybe a quarter slice of cheese (see photo). They don't even get one star anymore.
