As a lot of guests notice, tea is really good. Visitors don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets and ice cream at this fast food. From the guests' point of view, employees are courteous here. Went in, asked for a job, got told to come in later before 1:30, i did, then they said to come in today at 2, (which was a few days later) so i did, only to wait for over 45 mins for the hiring manager to come back (they said she went to a bank in Wichita). Well, i wait, they come back, and start to start angrily talking about how they aren't going to hire me, which i overheard, and wouldn't even come say that to me, the other manager had to say that to me, which i just let her to show her respect, as she and the other workers were nice to me. Hiring manager is unprofessional, cowardly, and really needs to grow up, and i pity any workers under her. Honestly glad i didn't get it now. like really, she should've just said "Not hiring" when i asked, and talked to her face to face a few days earlier, gave up important stuff for this, and now i dont want to go to McDonald's for anything anymore. The bar is already set pretty low because it’s McDonald’s, but somehow this one is always showing me that it can be worse. Seems like no matter the order they always have you pull forward and wait, the food if you have a custom request is inaccurate 80% of the time. Underwhelming every time. Understand being short-handed or running slow due to training, but don't forget items for the purchase. Napkins go with every order. Even one would have been appreciated. Drink fountain machine has black mold growning on common areas visible to the eye on the rack in photo. This is where you place the cup to sit when you push the dispenser. This location is very slow, I have gone to this location in desperation of something to eat late at night arriving 20 minutes prior to closing and had what appeared to be the shift manager shut the order screen down as I was sitting there. So I pulled around to the service window to only have the shift manager look out at the window at me look back then never even tell me they were closed.
