Usual good and fast service, pleasant atmosphere, lounge music makes you feel comfortable. And 24/7 availability is a big plus)

Order food in mac drive, came home and staff did not put one of sandwiches inside the pack. my orders were 3 double royal cheese menu one double Royal burger and double cheese burger, and the mac staff did not put the burger from the menu inside the pack i had the rest part of menu though:)) no way to get in contact with them have to drive way back from boyarka to argue abt it, which is nuts.

They stopped accepting cash desk orders. Only through self service.

Fries were not salty at all, spilled coke on me because they didn't close cup properly. Very dirty, tables and floor covered with pieces of food. I mean literally, quarter of cheeseburger was scattered on the floor, fries everywhere. Spent 30mins there, they didn't bother to clean it up.

Fairly new McDonalds restaurant in the Sofia district, very helpful staff who also speak English. Clean inside with a nice outside seating area.

completely not recognized. Surprised me to my bones! now they suggest service, so they bring your order to the table. Also they have big PCs with quite friendly interface, you dont need to interact with cashier.
