Repeated my one simple breakfast sandwich,order, 2x, and was still wrong!!! How can it be so hard to do your freaking job??!!! Was completely wrong!!! I will never go there again. Go McDonald's 🤬 they don't even have the guts to answer the phone, 3x in a row. Worst McDonald's ever!!! Fed it to my dogs.

I’ve never had an issue with this location being rude until today. We pull up the outside drive thru and she was asking what we wanted well we didn’t hear her so she repeated it again but had a huge attitude. I decided to let it go because i get people have bad days but she was still being very rude so we decided to leave. You guys need to be more careful in who you hire and make sure they have better customer service skills. Thanks Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Update: Still the best. Accurate, friendly, and quick enough. I rated you high because of great personalities, tasty food, and service is great. I did leave the line today tho. People can't understand you when you pull up to the speaker intercom system so when you're there get it wrong at the intercom the whole thing is messed up instead of getting a deluxe with your irregular and that's in a meal they changed your drink to a shake or something else that you're trying to order plus the meal with my boyfriend did not get his sweet tea when asked about it before getting the food they quickly brushed him off we had already took off with the food when we realize that they ushered us off so quickly he didn't even get a drink at all with his meal deluxe meal you know that's a extra we go back to get his drink tell him about the food which the fries were cold the burgers was he was not deluxe i what happens they send us on through the line again they do give him his sweet pea do we go up to when do number to where they said to wait for a manager we wake are they bring him his chocolate shake and when we wait another 10 minutes waiting to talk to a manager who never even showed up before we left so aggravated at couldn't stand and I still can'tplus they would know I'm sorry we got your order wrong switching the blame on her the other person and nobody saying when sorry for getting your order wrong. My husband went in for a coffee. The staff accidentally gave it to someone else, who tasted it and said it wasn't his ordered, and left it on the counter. They made him a new one and he went on his way. My husband didn't say anything and waited for them to make a fresh one. Instead, the MANAGER hoping no one had noticed the encounter, calls out for the coffee to be picked up. My husband responded by telling him that there was no way he was going to drink the coffee someone else had just sipped. No apology whatsoever was given. The manager just shamelessly gave my husband a fresh one (only because he asked). Absolutely disgusting. Unhygienic. Unsanitary practices at this location, clearly. Do not recommend. Me and my mom went through the drive through and I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with cheese and a water. We were shocked to find out that the cup of water was $1.00, as much as the soft drinks! We removed the water from our order. When we got to the window, I discovered that my sandwich only had a half of a piece of cheese on it. We are extremely dissatisfied. It was the morning breakfast rush and both drive thru lines were open. Some lady in a Toyota minivan decided the zipper traffic concept didn’t apply to her. I was driving my elderly mother to the hospital for a procedure. So, I was driving her 2021 TRD Off-Road Toyota 4Runner. If I had been driving my Isuzu overlander I would have given her minivan sliding door a love tap. My food and coffee were great. I saw the non driving Toyota minivan lady parked stuffing her face. I pulled up next to her and gave her a small dose of reality from our car window to hers. Don’t do stupid ish, you never know who may call you out on it. I don’t eat fast food often let alone in this town! I will never ever eat or buy anything from here again! Not only did I wait for my order 15minutes plus! I had to go inside and get it! The manager did not offer any type of free incentive for the wait! The manager Lulu was very apologetic ! I ordered 6 chicken biscuits / big breakfast! Got home and 1 of the chicken biscuits was not only broke apart but had a hair in it! The big breakfast was missing the hash brown! I did return the order to manage Lulu or Leann! She told me both names! Instead of refunding the whole order she only did for my two biscuits! I also informed her the hash browns were missing as well! A rude and unprofessional employee by the name of “heather” yelled “I put the hash brown on top”! I will be contacting corporate! Upon leaving I did let the manager know I was reporting them and that woman Heather as well! Heather was in the background continuously trash talking!Dont recommend! Wish they had no stars option!
