I recently had an experience at McDonald's that was far from the quick, tasty meal I was hoping for. After braving a crowded restaurant that smelled like a mix of old fryer oil and too-strong cleaner, I placed an order for a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The place was chaotic, and it was clear from the get-go that my burger might take a while. Sure enough, after a 20-minute wait filled with mix-ups and forgotten orders, mine finally made it to me. But the disappointment was just beginning. The bun on my Quarter Pounder was inexplicably soggy, as though it had soaked up all the humidity in the room, and the patty was a sad sight: overcooked yet somehow still lukewarm. The cheese, which I had been looking forward to, hadn't even properly melted and just sat there, cold and uninviting. To top it off, the fries were just as lackluster - lukewarm and barely seasoned. It was a meal that somehow managed to be both unremarkable and entirely unforgettable, for all the wrong reasons. It led me to make a swift exit and resolve to steer clear of this particular McDonald's location in the future. Definitely not the fast-food experience I was craving. I called today to make an employment verification but the manger Karina Vazquez refuse to provide me with the informacion and denied to provide the HR or headquarters telephone numbers. My law they need to answer at least 3 question and she denied the information. McDonalds need to have better training for managers or get new competent ones, with better customer service. Service: 1

Most customers used the Drive-through. We dined in. The food was brought to us. The McMuffin with sausage and eggs was a little dry. No homeless people around. The atmosphere was ok.
