I try to avoid this McDonald’s because of how terrible and slow the service is but it is the closest one to my house and when I’m desperate for a quick bite or coffee before work in the morning I will sometimes stop here hoping that the service will be better than before but every single time without fail they either hand me the wrong order or take forever to get me my food or both and keep in mind I never order more than 2-3 items. Today all I ordered was a McMuffin and a hash brown and I waited over 10 minutes just to be handed a completely different order. (Much more food than what I ordered) and so my little hash brown and sandwhich was just sitting there getting cold while they worked on the car behind mines order which was huge because they thought it was mine. So yes my order was already bagged up but the lady just sat there waiting for the next order to be ready when I was already at the window and my food was ready. Maybe next time confirm what order is at your window so that you don’t have people waiting 10+ minutes to get food that is already made and bagged up sitting there getting cold! SMH I work in fast food as well so I know how it is. And there’s no reason this should be happening. Soda went up in price to $1.89 for a large, decreased in content. Ordered a large with no ice. Got 1/8 of the drink empty. A good inch maybe inch and a half. .... smart soda machines don't do the whole job or a good job at that. Waited in line from 7:09 to 7:25, had to be back to work by 7:30. Soda cup also had Soda all over it. Attendant didn't even wipe the partially gone Soda cup before she handed it to me. I swear these people guard the McNugget sauce with their lives. They’ve shorted me like three times now. All different employees. I even paid for extra sauce and then the lady working the drive thru refused to give it to me. She said nuggets do not come with sauce, demanded I show her the receipt. Bogus man, it’s literally sauce just give it to me who cares. This place sucks I’d rather set myself on fire than ever spend money here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They need to close this location down for a few days and retrain the crew. The manager could use some use some training on how to be a manager. The only thing he seemed to be up on was the condiment policy he got wrong when I dared to ask for the two condiments I actually paid for. They let several people stand in line for 10 minutes before telling us we had to use the kiosk to order. They saw us standing there with no receipts from the kiosks.
