Guests don't like cheeseburgers and milkshakes at this fast food. A lot of visitors suppose that the staff is efficient here. Most people note that the service is spectacular. The calm atmosphere will be a good addition to yummy food and excellent location of McDonald's. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Coffee machine was off but the order machine let me pick it, they wasn't interested in sorting it out so had to have a refund. A cash refund that's useless to me as I'm British and don't use cash. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If been to all the mcdonald's in Norway and this one is by far the worst!!!!! Terrible burgers. Like the didn't even try to do there best. Burnt meat and no sauce Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Those times we have visited, they are always out of stock on many items, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. The restaurant seems tidy and ok though. But room for improvement guys.

On the "child's day" my daughter got melted ice cream. The manager took an ice cream and gave the same ice after 2 minutes. Poor customer approach in such a huge corporation. I do not recommend Suggest you check your orders in detail

I am not a big fan of Mc Donald's but I do enjoy the breakfasts BUT I arrived today approx. 09.45 to order my occasional treat to myself only to be told they have run out of eggs, 'ok'? I responded just put some extra bacon instead of an egg, 'no we have run out of everything' was the reply (with attitude) 'What even the beef pate'? I replied 'Yes'! 'Oh' I said 'that's a disappointment', I would have thought that the great McDonald's would be prepared for serving the breakfast menu' I thought to myself?? I was then offered the 'toast' with extra bacon, 'Ok', I said. I had been up since 05.30 & was a bit hungry, any thing would do. Let me explain what the toast is , this a bit of cheese & ham served between 2 upside down burger baps, toasted, which are also used in the breakfast menu, as well as a beef burger?? Had they run out of beef burgers as well, strange ?? I did receive an extra piece of bacon , which they magically found but I was also charged extra. I do wish if the staff or managers cant get they're acts together or are not interested in customer satisfaction 'STAY AT HOME', I did not a appreciate the attitude or the obvious lies. The obvious disrespect with customers didn't start the day of how I would have liked. I will be avoiding the place in future & go to Max burger, better service & taste...

This McDonald is at the heart of Norway's biggest shopping centre but very poor cleaning. Staff are young and nice but I think they lack training to deal with busy times. McDonald management should be ashamed of themselves for not giving them good training and equipped them to deal with the situation. Most of the staff I have seen is young, polite which is great but place need total overhaul..

Often very slow to get the food and sometimes even forgets the orders. Drive in rarely deliver extra salt with the order. Sometimes you dent even get anything. Ice/milkshake machine works at best 50 % of the time. Been like this for several years.

There is still no improvements in the WCs. I was there on 16.12.2021 in the morning at around 11.15 a.m. The paper bin was full. The hand paper towel holder was out of order. It has not been replaced. A huge paper roll was used instead. WCs might not have been cleaned the day before ? I wonder if the main eating is clean enough, like the service trays etc???

No reason not to give it a fiver; you get what you want and you know you want it. It's busy, it's queues, which isn't a bad thing, quite the contrary. A white cloth this popular would make you wait twenty times as long. Modern self order, nice and clean.
