We had a very uneven experience at the Dover location. We started with the Crab dip- delicious; cheesy, crab filled dish, the bread served with it was warm, crispy and great. One of the better crab dips we have had. I had the Ruben sandwich- the rye bread was perfect, the corned beef was good and the sandwich was an overall winner. Now for the bad; my wife had the crab cake sandwich- it was inedible. It was not bad because it was spoiled, it was just bad. Literally one of the worst crab cake sandwiches my wife ever had. She asked me to taste it just to make sure she was not being overly critical- she wasn’t- we told the server it was bad and she took it off the check. I commented to the server that she did not seem surprised by the complaint- she replied that they had a rash of complaints a few weeks ago but not recently. What the issue was in the past it is back- no one working in the kitchen tasted this recipe- if they tasted it, it would not be served. Please fix this ASAP. We will return but crab cakes will not ordered. Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Corn and crab chowder was excellent. Chinese dumpling appetizer was very good. Main courses of fish tacos and fish and chips weren’t all that good. Despite our waiter telling kitchen to send appetizers first the kitchen sent out the main courses at the same time the appetizers and soup came out so main courses unfortunately got cool. Ate here tonight, and was pleased with the atmosphere, very nice woodwork, but the place is very noisy. Two out of 4 plates were sent back due to food not being hot or even warm. Prices were fair, but the food is forgettable except the Chipotle BBQ wing sauce was nice and spicy. Lastly, it's an IRISH Pub, but with only one Stout on tap you wouldn't think so. It seemed like yuppies love this joint. 🙄 Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
