A place has to really be bad for me to leave a review. Infact I’m still in the restaurant waiting on my order I placed an hour ago on the app. Their slogan “order ahead skip the line” doesn’t apply here. This is the second time I have ordered and then had to wait for over 30 min after my arrival for my order. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. It’s now 6:50 and it’s not done. When I asked when my order would be ready the worker mumbled and walked off. There’s cross contamination of employees touching the register with their gloves then turning around to bag chips and help make the food. There is trash all over the floor the drink machine area needs to be wiped. I won’t return to this location ever again. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered delivery. I haven’t ate at Moe’s in years. Decided to try today. Wish I had the energy to go myself because I was missing a lot of ingredients. The burrito was good. But I couldn’t enjoy it like I wanted to. No corn salsa, no sour cream, no lettuce and no pico 😩. The burrito smelled really good and tasted fresh. Still dissatisfied. Of lately, this has become my stop on Monday's after work. Good food prepared just like I want it, great service, and manger who cares about what his customers' desires and needs. He's in tune with the how his team provides service to the customer, and is willing to hear what will make the Morrow store even more enjoyable for the customer. Please keep on being intentional about your service, food and hiring and training good employees. See ya on Monday!! I ordered a chicken bowl and an order of nachos. I was very disappointed with the serving of the nachos. It seems like if you want the chips on the side so they don't get soggy, they barely give you any ingredients. In comparison, my homewrecker bowl was full. I hope they fix this because it just made me want to cancel this order and go over to Chipotle. 🤔🫤 I genuinely hope my next visit is better. This is my favorite Moe's I drive form Hampton because I know the service will be excellent and the store is always clean. Their store manager Dee will make you feel like family as well. With everything thats going on in this crazy world it is so nice to know there is still some good costume services out here.
