This was a neat find. Interior atmosphere reminded me of a place I would have gone as a kid with my parents. A bit retro feeling, but extremely clean. Service was amazing. Had a burger and fries and they were delicious. Our waitress had made the dessert, an old timey strawberry and pretzel dish that reminded me of something from a church dinner. It was great. If you are looking for a clean and friendly place with good food, then check this place out.

To start: the staff was very, very friendly, attentive, and nice. Our waitress, were I rating the restaurant on service alone, would warrant five stars.
The food was some of the worst I have ever had. Everything was drowned in grease; the fries were undercooked but still somehow drenched in grease. The salad was flat and pathetic, and pressed down hard, as if they'd stacked twenty identical plates of lackluster vegetation atop it from earlier in the day. My sandwich contained about as much grease as a frier; I couldn't even finish it. My stomach was churning when I left, and had some unfortunate gastrointestinal upset for the next day. The prices were nowhere near the quality of the food. I am wholly confident that you could get better taste and quality from any fast food restaurant in the area for half the price. Never again.
This place is fantastic! It's a best kept secret of Waynesboro for sure. Tucked behind Blondies in Rouzerville you can easily miss it but what a find! Decorated in a rustic Civil War themed atmosphere with a relaxing feel and the food is delicious! The menu isn't expansive, which is fine with me. I feel they can give more time and attention to each dish because of it. The wait staff is friendly and helpful, another thing I love. I always leave a nice tip because it's getting mighty rare these days to be able to find good food and service under one roof. It's also clean and the food is prepared well. Another boone in an area and age where no one feels they need to wear gloves, have their hair put up and away or wash there hands between preparing food and serving customers. Our family loves and highly recommends!!
Was great food and service. Today was absolutely terrible. Bad timing from kitchen, waited long time to find out they were out of one of our orders and to top it off their replacement was not editable. I'm tired of giving this place a chance. Freaking done.
Very clean and commendable Civil War period décor. We both had Broiled Haddock which was done to our specifications. Moderately priced with excellent service. We will be back!
