The servers were nice. The person taking my to go order seemed like he was preoccupied. However he was friendly. The food was great as always. Sarah was out waitress and she was super awesome. She came at the right times, never had to wait to order or get our bill. The bread rolls and the oil to dip them in was very good as well as the food. Lasagne and the pasta Primavera I recommend. It was out first time there and we will definitely be back!!! Our Party of three enjoyed a very nice meal. We all felt the food and service were very good. Our server did an excellent job. The food came out quickly and was very hot. The atmosphere is very Italian themed. Greeted quickly and seated where we asked. Waiter was very good. I was surprised to find out after asking waiter that most of the special food items like the lobster ravioli was not fresh house made. The bread and oil brought to the table was typical of any Italian resturant, not outstanding, just average. The bolongese sauce was definitely not homemade and very little meat in the sauce, a disappointment. The chicken Alfredo was very rich with a great full flavor. The chicken was ok the sauce was the winner. The service was very good. I was expecting a local owned homemade choices with rich Italian flavors and was disappointed comparing the meal to an Olive Garden chain resturant. Wouldn't recommend if you want true Italian flavors and rich homemade. Not the best. The pricing was very fair for the quality of the food served. This clean and inviting space, located in a strip mall styled building, is a hidden gem. We dined early in the evening, but by the time we left the place was getting pretty busy. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband took her recommendation for the sea bass special and was pleasantly surprised. She checked in often, kept our drinks and bread basket filled, and even remembered my request for less ice in my drinks. The food and service are good. The bread and the dipping are delicious. This is my 3rd time eating at this restaurant. Like their minestrone soup. Last time, I ordered their sea bass dish. Quaint little favorite for our family that serves delicious Italian food with excellent service. A must visit if you are in this area. We sampled the calamari and sausages for appetizers and both the dishes were on point. Loved the chicken marsala. Dish was light and flavorful! My husband tried the Veal Napoli. The sauce was delicious but the veal was on the slightly overcooked side. Lasagna was another well recreated classic. All in all, a great experience for all of us. Will visit again! We have not been to Napoli's for years so we thought we would give a try. The wait staff was nice and attentive. The food was good but not spectacular for the prices. Very expensive to place to eat. My main complaint was there a piece of food on the drink menu. They need to be a little more diligent with their cleaning. They have a beautiful patio, however, they will not allow dogs on their patio. So they are not dog friendly.
