We recently hired Negranti Creamery cart for our couple’s wedding dessert and it was wonderful. The setup is stylish and well contained and all of the guests loved it. It isn’t often you get ice cream to be a hit at winter weddings - but Negranti did! The staff were friendly and helpful and the desserts were delicious! This is hands down my favorite ice cream. I like it better than traditional ice cream in that it is made from sheep's milk and has cleaner ingredients. I like the Fresh Mint and Chip, the Brown sugar, and the Vanilla Bean. The Strawberry Basil is an unique one, but not something I could or want to eat everyday. It is always good to eat local food products from local businesses.
