So my father-in-law took us out for dinner at the fashion place mall location a day before Valentine's. We got the chicken gnocchi because it's always been our favorite. Well, it tasted foul or like a powdered mix. So I put it aside and just ate the appetizer. Next, I got the chicken scampi with grated parm. It also tasted horrible. Then I got to thinking it was the cheese. I asked the waitress if it could have been bad. She said it was fresh. Long story but she took the meal off our meal. My husband had the same dish with cheese and I took a bite underneath the cheese and it tasted better. I know that the scampi sauce is not the same as it was 10 years ago. That's why I haven't been to this restaurant until recently. I will not be returning for a meal but just appetizers. I'm very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

This is a review for our server Trisha. My partner and I went in for dinner service and were seated immediately. It took a moment for our server to come over because she was dealing with a large party. We were in no hurry. Trisha came over with a smile and started serving us. She was very apologetic for taking a minute to get to us. Throughout the service she checked in on us despite the very large party she was dealing with. At the end of dinner we left and saw Trisha outside. I went to personally thank her and noticed she was upset. She explained that the large party she served (which she was working very hard for) only left $3 for her. That was it. Trisha was amazing at delighting her time and being able to stay on top of the large party and other tables she had. It was honestly one of the faster services that we’ve had. This place was amazing to me. Of course we'll return. The meal was delicious. The service was flawless. I have nothing negative to say. I have never visited an olive garden like this one. I want to thank you all for making my daughter's birthday so special. I'm quite grateful for that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Olive Garden never disappoints me. Great food served hot. The food makes my taste buds thank me for feeding them such delicious food. The prices are fair. I don't believe I have ever had a bad experience with service or food, whether it's girls' night out or dinner with my hubby, lunch, or an order to go. Thank you, Olive Garden. Olive Garden in the parking lot of Fashion Place Mall is and has been for 25+ years a great place to get some decent Italian food for the price point and what you get. In my opinion, their Alfredo sauce is the best anywhere. I know that’s always up for debate! But I like the tang and garlicy creaminess of it. Place is always clean and usually great service, although I found it sorely lacking lately. Help is hard to find, I get it, but the service isn’t what it used to be. Place is almost always packed as well, so there’s that. Plan on a wait!

I went to Oliver Garden on the night of 12/30 at 9:20 pm to celebrate my birthday with my husband and my 4 children, I had great service, good food, everything was perfect, but I left and unfortunately I forgot my bag hanging on the chair😞com the end of the year rush I realized on Sunday night that I had left the bag at the restaurant on 01/01, I called them and they confirmed that the bag was there, I went to get it, they asked several questions to confirm that the bag was mine until then ok , I took my bag and went to the car and when I went to confirm that everything was ok, I was very upset because all the $$ money I had in my wallet was gone😞😡. The documents, cards and the rest were correct, only the money for offering my monthly tithe that I left separately in my wallet disappeared.😡😭😭

Had fantastic service! Here for a work party on a busy night but we never had empty drinks nor salad! And our food still came out in a timely manner. The calamari was my favorite tonight! We went here to celebrate my Tia’s birthday! The food was great. The service was great, but that little brownie at the end that she got for her birthday is the best thing I have ever had in life!
