Food was delicious and fresh! Service was on Point and very comfortable atmosphere as well. The server even gave us a chocolate lasagna on the house for my wife's birthday! Young man who seated us was so friendly and nice. Went around 2 in afternoon. Our server acted like she didn't want to be there. No personality at all. I wanted to pay cash and she disappeared as soon as we were finished. Didn't see her again. Took machine that's on table after 15 min to front so I could pay. Another girl up there gave us a snarky look as to what so I want. Will definitely not go back. So sorry they have to work but heh welcome to the real world. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Food is always good, however service is lacking most of the time. Sometimes after being seated they forget you are even there. After 20 minutes we finally decided to get someone's attention so that we could even get acknowledged. Thought I would try this location for a change while I was in the area. I was first put off when the waiter told us that he was double sat, which I thought was pretty unprofessional so I asked him does that mean you don't want to wait on us or you can't? And he said no it's not a problem. We proceeded with dinner and I ordered the soup with my meal however, the first one brought out was incorrect. They quickly resolved the problem and we resumed ordering. What I thought at first was starting off to be a bad dinner ended up quite surprisingly well. The appetizer my boyfriend ordered was absolutely delicious, something I probably would not have tried but was very glad that I did. Our entrees we're delicious, however I did have to send mine back because the chicken was still pink. They were very kind and quick to fix the problem and even got a special visit from the kitchen manager DeShawn who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our waiter, Griffin, offered us a free dessert for our trouble which worked out perfectly because it was my boyfriend's birthday. We ordered the beignets which were absolutely delicious. We were also given special service by our friend Griffin, whom did a presentation utilizing whipped cream and drizzled chocolate to dip them in which was absolutely divine. In my eyes, he totally atoned himself for any previous errors he may have made by being very courteous very kind and very personable. I would absolutely come back here again and ask for him by name. My family enjoyed our dining experience here. We were shown to our table upon arrival and was promptly served Roberto M., who was nice, very attentive, and very good. Food was enjoyable. Always enjoy the unlimited soup & salad. The sampler was surprisingly enjoyable, especially that you get to pick your 3 choices with it. I enjoyed the Strawberry Mango iced tea. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Parking was not a problem at all. And as always, paying at the kiosk there on the table is so very convenient! This Olive Garden is conveniently located inside the Brazos Town Center.
