Got served water in dirty cup twice then I had to ask for Togo cup from hostess our waiter{ SEAN S.} was not very attentive food was ok not hot just warm steak was like four small small pieces … we came on Valentine’s Day for dinner. Wonderful food, loved the bread and butter, the drinks were awesome, steaks and food cooked perfectly. Desert scrumptious and the waitstaff absolutely enjoyed y'all! Virginia was a delight to have as our server. She was so attentive. Our food was fresh and steaming upon delivery. We enjoyed the French Onion Sirloin special they offered for the month. So good! Admittedly, we usually order To-Go but you run the risk of not having the best food when you arrive home. Jordan, the manager, made it right and upon coming into the restaurant to eat, we were blown away with the service. Come inside everyone! Enjoy the environment, the wonderful staff, and food. I had to share my incredible experience at Outback Steakhouse yesterday. I cannot express enough how outstanding our server, Virginia, was. She truly was the epitome of kindness and warmth, and my family and I feel privileged to have had her as our server. Her radiant smile brightened up the entire room, and her delightful Venezuelan accent added an extra touch of charm. Virginia was not only friendly and cordial but also exceptionally attentive to every detail. We chose Outback Steakhouse to celebrate my 52nd birthday, and I can confidently say that I'll be returning for any and every occasion possible. The food was delicious, but the hospitality provided by Virginia made the experience even more remarkable.
