It was a slow night so we got sat down quickly, we expected our dinner to come out quickly but that didn't happen. Got 3 steak, shrimp, pasta plates, 2 burgers & chicken. Pasta was terrible! Neither of us liked the sauce so we didn't even eat it, the little brown bread was dry & not appetizing. My children enjoyed the burger but my bday didn't like her pasta or shrimp meal. We ordered the same thing we always do. 18 ounce rib eye bone in. Waitress said they don’t have it anymore but had one bone out 18 ounces. We agreed and shouldn’t have. We ordered med rare and it came out barely rare. It was super thick with 0 marbling. They cooked it some more and was better. Eating it was a chore. I order rib eye for meat that melts in your mouth. This meat was like hard cardboard. So hard to eat we for tired of chewing and left the rest. After was 1/2 eaten found no marbling still. Waitress was nice and removed it from the bill. My wife and I came in on 2/21 on our 15 year anniversary. We had the pleasure of working with Toni and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very warm and welcoming and we thoroughly loved her and the service she provided. We will be back. The world needs more people like Toni. The Steaks were great, the Bloomin Onion was great all of the food was great. Thank you Toni for making the night even better. Fantastic steak house! I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meat. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Our server was great. Ruby River used to be my 'go to' but not anymore. I think that Outback might be the best steakhouse in Utah County. Went on black Friday. Even though they quoted a 20 minute wait, we were seated immediately. Our server (Toni) was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and helpful in every way. The food was not good at all, especially for the price. With that being said, (considering it is a chain restaurant) I'm not sure how much to expect when it comes to these kinds of places, but I was hoping for a bit more. I ordered a full rack of ribs, which were dry and extremely over seasoned, and honestly, just a waste of money. We also ordered a "blooming onion" that was not fully cooked in some places on the bottom and overly fried on top, which in turn was also pretty bad. We loved the Outback Steakhouse. The food was delicious, and our server was very friendly and helpful. We had steak, salmon, Ceasar salad, veggies, rice, and loaded mashed potatoes. I haven’t been to outback in a while, but it was great! We went on a Friday night with no reservation and made it back in 20 minutes. The food was honestly great. They serve bread as an appetizer. I got a sirloin and a loaded baked potato and loved it! The seasoning of the steak was different from Texas Roadhouse and I appreciated that. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the atmosphere, I feel like TRoady has a more fun atmosphere for sure. But the food and service was great! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
