It's a chain (in general) restaurant which I'm limiting myself to visit . That being said, was to be expected, the service was very good and attentive , food was okay I guess , it use to be much better in my opinion

Bloomin’ Onion
Went ti dinner with my daughter, granddaughter and her boyfriend. We ordered Blooming Shrimp as an appetizer. Entrees were Chicken, 6os Outback Special, Ribeye and macaroni & cheese. We had Jason as our food runner and he was amazing. So friendly and knew exactly who ordered what meal. Ruth was our server and she was amazing. Drinks refilled without even asking. We will definitely be back again

My family has been coming to this Outback steakhouse in Ocean City, MD from the day it first opened its doors! The customer service experience that my family had this weekend Friday,(Feb 23, 2024) was exceptional and beyond expectations primarily due to one of your employees: NICK.
The person in the host position the night our family arrived was"NICK". Again, we have been dining at this particular outback since the doors opened many years ago and we have never had this level of exceptional customer service that compares to NICK'S level of Customer Service experience in ANY PREVIOUS VISIT. And, our family dines at your restaurant frequently.
Our family has many years of professional Customer Service management so we know "a keeper" when we see it!
The level of exceptional caring and professionalism NICK provides this Outback Steakhouse should be noted.
His level (ability) of professional hospitality is natural and as a manager in Customer Service Experience we know that a company can send their employees to "Charm School " in order to perform but as soon as the heat is on, their baseline personality (how they're wired) comes through. NICK is a natural. His level of caring and professionalism is authentic and natural.
And, customers RECOGNIZE the difference as soon as they enter your restaurant!
Our family asked to speak with the general manager just before leaving the restaurant and they asked us to also give our online review of our hosting and customer service experience with NICK.
Bottom line, in all the years since this store opened and given our 30 years of experience and management of Customer Service, we have NEVER seen anything like it!
We look forward to taking our family again to this specific Outback solely due to Nick's caring and his exceptional professionalism.
NICK'S level of Customer Service Experience should be noted and rewarded! This amazing young man has a bright future ahead no matter what he chooses to do!

I want to give an outstanding review to this location, especially Phillipe...From the very moment we walked in, his attention and service was incredible. So kind...his humor...just his smile...we noticed with every table that he was so welcoming too. He is an exemplary example of what outstanding service is and such a rarity to find in the restaurant business. Phillipe went far and beyond, and he should be promoted to management.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes
Was given a regular soda after asking for a diet, being a diabetic this could have been an emergency situation. Received our dinner and there were no utensils, we had the request them. The bathroom didn’t have paper towels and the faucet for the cold water has a broken handle so to wash your hands you had to use the hot water only. Seem like our waiter was really busy and did his best to make sure we had what we needed. I’ve been to a lot of outback’s and this one will be my worse experience…

Decided to grab a bite to eat, after a long day walking around at O.C. Bikefest.
They were short staffed as one of the waiters/waitresses called out; and the bartender had to roll up his sleeves as a server/bartender. I must say, he did a fantastic job! He was courteous and well composed under the pressure. He was diligent in checking on the needs of the patrons at every table. We didn’t wait very long for our good, considering the circumstances. The hostess pitched in, as well. They both displayed excellent teamwork!

Stayed in Ocean City MD for a week and ate at Outback on a Tuesday night. Waited about 12 minutes to be seated, another 12 minutes to have my order taken, then about 20 minutes to receive my order… Having our 3 and 6 year old with us, we really had to be creative..
Besides the wait, the food was delicious. I was beyond full. Had the steak and lobster dish, fried shrimp and grilled chicken, and the kiddies had chicken fingers and cheese burger. Drink specials were $7.00. Grand total of 80 bucks. Not bad.. Even had leftovers. We were all so stuffed and I must say it was worth the wait.
Nice atmosphere, family oriented, sports bar with a few flat screen TVs, and outdoor seating as well. I definitely recommend!

My visit to the Outback Steakhouse in Ocean City, Maryland wasn’t extremely disappointing but not extremely amazing either. The steak appeared burned and recooked… the food was good overall. I tried the Koala Colada drink with the edible sticker and this needs to be dropped from the menu. Simply put, It doesn’t taste good. My husband ordered a shrimp pasta alfredo… He wasn’t impressed by the presentation, portion size and taste at all and was confused by the tomato/spaghetti sauce. The service wasn’t bad but not the best. Overall, I would recommend giving them shot to fill your belly…

Place stinks of mildew (probably from using old dirty rags to clean tables off.) Bathroom had broken toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder, broken soap dispenser and sticky floors! Service was slow, food was decent, typical Outback quality. And look at the last pic of the check book they delivered at the end, deteriorated, dirty and broken! What is this place doing with its profits? Because it’s definitely not being used for quality control.

We had the loveliest experience! Cameron is an absolute delight. So charming. Attentive without being a bother and very kind. Margarita's were refreshing and not overly alcoholic. The photos don't do them justice.
Mom's steak was just a touch under and they were so accommodating about giving it a bit more time on the grill. Can't reccomend this location enough.
