I tried this place for the first time on Saturday, December 2nd. While I didn’t catch the name of the young man working that evening, I would like to commend him on his service. He was very helpful and polite while serving a number of customers all by himself — literally handing out samples left and right, while acknowledging and engaging customers and working the register. Since they were out of Pistachio (the flavor I was most excited to try), I decided to go with Fondente and Tiramisu. He was courteous enough to inform me of the presence of cooking liquor in the Tiramisu flavor, just in case it went against my religious dietary restrictions. I really appreciated his level of cultural competence and attentiveness to each customer’s needs. Having worked in food service myself for some time, I am aware that keeping the pace so effortlessly during peak hours is not something easily done. Dude remained calm, friendly, engaged and handling business like a pro.
