I love Palios. It is a chain restaurant, but this location is my favorite. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and you can BYOB. I am from the Atlanta GA area and visit Palio's every time I'm in town visiting family. The food was good, but not as good as the one in McKinney. Not too bad. Excellent service. My calzone was a tad soggy. Other than that, it was great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm really sad we will no longer be ordering from here this was the 3rd time ordering and everything was always so tasty. . I ordered delivery at 5:40 on a Monday evening. I ordered 2 specialty medium pizzas, 1 kids pizza, and an antipasta salad for delivery. I paid the extra 5 dollar delivery fee, various charges and tipped 15% and my total went from 42$ to 56$. That's fine, I'm paying for the convenience as my husband is in post op recovery from a cancer related surgery and I understandthat. When my order arrives I'm short one $9.50 salad.... my husband was the one who ordered that as his meal. The poor delivery driver doesn't know what to do so I say I'll call them. The manager admits to me they forgot to give the driver my salad but they're so busy and only have 1 driver on staff so I can either come get it, or take a refund on the salad as slice won't come back to deliver just a salad.....first off what kind of customer service is this? If you made the mistake you make it right. Pull your driver and send the salad, so that may push back your que 10 minutes I'm 4.2 miles from the location.....there was no offer to reimburse my delivery fee if I choose to come get the salad myself no other recompense offered. Other big chains may not taste as good but at least if they mess up and forget something they make it right. thought from the reviews the pizza would be great, but it was just average. place was pretty empty and it's BYOB. Unfortunately some of the big corporate pizzas taste better. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Recently, we held a considerable gathering of about 80 people. The task of managing the catering details was beginning to look like a nightmare on our budget until Palios Pizza stepped in and saved the day! Organizing our food order very easy and the people at Palios demonstrated professionalism, a willingness to assist had some great suggestions to help us plan and size the order. The order was ready exaclty on time! (it wasn't sitting there for an hour or half way through like I have experienced at other pizza places. We decided on a variety of their large, hand-tossed pizzas - the Classic, Pepperoni, and Cheese options for the bulk Everyone loved it - I mean everyone, which, considering the size of the group, was truly extraordinary. without a doubt, will be at the top of our preference list for any future catering requirements in Colleyville area Just an average person here, certainly no food connoisseur, but I can say it left a lasting impression. Well done, Palios! In addition to their top-notch service, Palios Pizza has some pretty awesome food choices. It would be a mistake not to sample their BBQ Pizza and the Greek Salad. This place used to be amazing but has definitely joined in on shrinkflation. I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. They charged me the same amount for a full pie’s worth of pepperoni and there isn’t even a full piece of pepperoni on each of the slices of the half... See picture attached. This has happened more than once when ordering pepperoni from them recently. Very disappointing and we do not order from them anymore. PROs: Great location. Plenty of parking. BYOB. Great pizza, friendly and excellent customer service. - Enter front doors, place order at the register, take a number, pick your seats and the food is served to you. Indoor seating is tight but manageable. Plenty of patio seating, blankets provided during cooler temps. Approximately $50 (w/tip) we ordered, 2 thick crust pizzas, a gyro and 1 beverage. *Our son loved the pizza he went back a week after. I thought the pizza would be great by the ratings, however my crust was very thin and the pizza didn’t look like a medium, it said 12 slices by the slices were cut into little uneven slices. They were not whole slices. I didn’t see anything saying all their pizzas was that thin and the pictures did look like it either. This are not slices and this can’t be a medium. I can’t believe I paid almost $40 for delivery. By the way I didn’t get my salad and when I called, the employee asked me did I want to come pick it up! Why would I come pick it up after paying delivery and tip to order in the first place. What a disappointment!!! I was generous with the 2 stars.
