Store was very clean and well managed!! Food was delicious and staff was very helpful and nice. The cook did an excellent job on the kung poa chicken! So I go in there to get the family pack the guy suggested that he was going to make some new rice and some new teriyaki that the weight will be 20 something minutes as I'm waiting there this young girl that's working there with a bad attitude I'm sitting in the lobby and I see her putting the unfresh chicken that was there for an hour already teriyaki in the containers she did the same thing with the fried rice like I'm there waiting for all this fresh stuff but she goes ahead and puts everything in the Box and I never got my fresh food I had to stand up and cancel all that and make them put my fresh food in there that I was waiting for I believe that is disrespectful to a customer that just finished spending $51 I don't think she has very good customer service I don't think she cares really what the customer wants I don't know her name but it is 2:31 p.m. the 15th of January 2024 I also tried asking her questions and she really walked away from me I really don't know who's training these young people but if they think they can treat customers in this manner they shouldn't be working there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had an amazing experience every time I went there Service could be a bit better cause they forgot part of my order a couple times but they were very nice and helpful when I told them. Otherwise it's worth the price in my opinion and is by far the best option for Chinese food in my area which doesn't have many options.
