I went through the drive thru and had to order through an auto ordering system which was challenging for me (a young person) to use. I can’t imagine how difficult it is for other people to use and I wasn’t even sure at the end of it if it had my order correct. Would be nice to talk to an actual person. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It was pouring with a small cover for the drive thru and they have started an AI ordering system that can’t understand anything and kept messing up the order. Drove off without completing the order due to its ineptitude. Shame they choose to skimp on paying someone minimum wage to take orders at the expense of customer service. Won’t be going back Service: 1
