Place an order once arriving to the store. I had asked the front desk that one of the entrees I wanted to make your had no cilantro. She said they can make the dish without cilantro. Once I came home, I noticed that the rice had cilantro in it and they had forgotten one of my entrees. I was livid. I called the store and the manager told me that the entry was unfortunately never put in the bag. He also claimed that even though they can make the meal without cilantro that the rice had cilantro pre mixed in with it and they couldn't take it out. So now I had one entry I couldn't eat and one entree that was missing. The manager took all my information down and said that he would send me a refund which never happened. I can't count on this place to make something as simple as a breakfast sandwich in a reliable amount of time any more. The children they have working the line now are slow as snails, whether it's busy or not. Came in at my usual time and left 15 minutes late to work. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
