I ordered papa johns and it accidentally went to the wrong address. And so I called the papa johns to see what I could do, the person was really rude, saying that they didn't deliver there. That is why i am calling you, becusse I know you don't deliver there . Which isn't true, brcuase I used the app and i have gotten delivery,showing them do not understand their own service and what I'm asking,, and so I asked if I could just refund it and the MANAGER said "yeah that's what I just said" extremely rudely. I understand I messed up with the wrong address,, but you can't talk to a customer like that , and so I got it refunded. Thr manager is rude and should not take calls Service Delivery Service: 1

The pizza crust is a little bitter crustier than I remember. I haven't been in a while, so I remember the pizza being much greasier and flimsy. Wanted to order a Pizza Sauce Hoagie & apply a Papa Dough Reward using the app. ●No check-out button ever showed at the end, just a Review Order button that grayed out, thus stopping the order. ●Nothing can be done using the Papa Dough Reward to complete order with the app, ●Nothing can be done using the Papa Dough Reward to complete the order in person, ●There was nothing anyone else could do in person, ●They waited for me to leave because there was really nothing they could do. It was not any of the employees fault at all. ●I left, ●Deleted the app, ●Sadly not returning, ●Went to Snappy's. ●Done. Hope anyone reading this has a nice day.
