Normally papa Tom's is my go to place but after waiting 2 hours for a pizza that was apparently done 40 mins previously but no one ever paged me when it was done. I was being patient and could see they were busy and once there was another opening to ask about it I did as courteously as I could. All of that is even okay and understandable but they were so dismissive of the inconvenience to me, that I felt no matter how busy you are, when you take peoles hard earned money you can at least offer a sorry, well try better next time but it was just an unceremonious handing me a cooled off pizza and then onto another more important conversation. Been going here for years but this visit really soured me unfortunately Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Store and pizza are outdated. Pizza is a 2 out of 5. Not very friendly. No greeting when we walked in. Pizza crust taste store bought. The sausage had good flavor though. Very dark inside. The thing that sealed the score of 1 star was the fact the boy in the blue sweater didn't even leave the pizza making area to sneeze. Had his sneeze right next to the rack of pizzas next to the ovens. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honest and Deserved review. I don't like to leave negative reiews.. but Holy cow..... we've been here an hour.... NO PIZZA When I asked if 60 min was average they said the average wait was hour and a half.... and the guy acted like I was silly to even ask... UGH!!! They keep pushing through take out orders instead of serving the customers in house. The restaurant isn't even half full. I wonder why... The pizza's were over priced to begin with.. but we wanted to try local "Mom and Pop" places. We told them we were first timers..... if this is how they treat people they want to be repeat customers... they need SERIOUS training. SERIOUS management issues. We have a table next to us that have four young kids.. they were climbing the benches and playing in the isle for the last 30 min... they FINALLY got their pizza, but the kids were no longer interested. At this point I don't care what the pizza tastes like... This is REDICULOUS! Never coming here again and certainly telling others it isn't worth the wait!! I cannot and will not EVER recommend this place... It's taken me 20 minutes to write this review... and still NO PIZZA. I wonder how fast I can get a refund??? Meal type Dinner

We called in 2 hours early and order 6 pizza’s for take out- not delivery. The lady that took our order didn’t give us a grand total. We get there to pick up the pizza and was told our bill came to be more than 100 dollars which now means they will charge us a 18 percent gratuity for there inconvenience which added 19 dollars more to our total. They are punishing customer for spending decent money at their business! I have eaten at papa time for more than 40 years. I will never go back they are robbing their customer! I understand if we was dining in get a gratuity’s or even delivery. But not pick. Manager explained that it’s on there Facebook menu so we should have know even though they didn’t tell us when we ordered on the phone. We hadn’t been to Papa Tom’s for a while, and were excited to go. We ordered their supreme, picked a place by the fire, and waited. Two and 1/2 hours later, we got our pizza. It looked nothing like the pizzas served when we first got there. The toppings were sparse (except tons of black olives) and the crust was like a tough cracker. We’re supposing that they had more business than they planned for and ran out of some stuff, but we would have appreciated being told that upfront rather than having to wait so long for the pizza we ended up with. I decided to visit Tom's pizza while taking my daughter up to college. The facility and ambiance are reminiscent of a 1980s pizza parlor, being part bar with billiard tables and game machines. The lighting was a bit dark and it didn't come across as a place that put cleanliness as it's top priority. However, it was clean enough and I actually appreciated the throwback feeling to the 1980s. This was obviously a joint for groups of locals to come and hang out with each other and I think that's awesome. We need more places like this that gather friends offline. Now for the food...we got a combination pizza that was just average in taste. Decent quantity of toppings, but dough was a bit flavorless. The price however was way too high. Who pays $25 for one large pizza anymore? The service was a little slow, taking about 20-30 minutes for the pizza, but I didn't get the sense that the regulars came to get in and out efficiently. The value of the pizza's taste and quantity compared to price was mediocre at best. So in conclusion, do I regret going there? No. Would I go again? I wouldn't avoid it, but as a traveler I am not going out of my way to return either. If I was a local looking for a place to sit for a while with friends, this would be a good place for that. The pizza was very good here and staff was amazing. There were plenty of choices for drinks on tap. The floors were dirty, but in all fairness we came an hour before closing and the place was well attended. The TV's playing sports were in the need of updating. Overall, it's a fun place to grab a slice.

We were first time visitors this week, getting a big meat lovers pizza and sandwich! Both were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and the staff were all very nice.
