We ate lunch here, Greek salad and Pauly's deluxe pizza. Both were great. Our first time here, we will stop to enjoy more. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and good.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Pauly's Pizzeria & Sub Co.! Brian, the owner, took a huge part of his day to personally call me regarding a question I had emailed. He not only address my question, but researched and tested the pizza machine he built to make sure it was running correctly. He sent me pictures of his test pizzas and called me again to go over ingredients of the things I order. Sadly, some of the ingredients on my pizza are corn related (my allergy) and it's been making me sick.
Brian AGAIN went out of his way to research his other products to make sure I still had something I could order without getting ill. I am beyond impressed with that level of customer service and highly encourage everyone to support this local business.

I wanna say thank you to Megan for being outstanding when serving us today. She was very attentive, listened and made sure our order was perfect. I would have given Paulys a 5 star but unfortunately MORGAN made the experience a 1 star: My wife and I came in this evening and ordered 2.5 ft worth of sub sandwiches and a pizza . We asked for ranch which we paid for . When we got our food from Morgan, I checked our bag and there was no ranch. I politely asked Morgan for some ranch and she made it seem like I asked her for her first born child. She rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, didn’t even respond to my question about the ranch I paid for. Then to top off the attitude I was given, she only gave us ONE ranch and with a condescending tone and facial said “have a great night” then walked off in a. Aggressive manner . I’ve been coming here since I was little and have never had any of the staff act the way she did about some RANCH. Fortunately, Megan gladly got us the ranch we paid for . Thank you again for the great service of MANY and not so great service of some.

Perfect Pepperoni Pizza
Forgot how delicious this place was. The food was fresh and hot. Service was top notch. The employee helped me carry the food to the table (because we ordered a lot, and I appreciate that). As for the other employees, they were constantly working; bussing tables, sweeping, cooking, stocking items, ect. Very good place to go and eat. Awesome. Will try to come back more.

Wisconsin Cheese Soup
It’s cooked in a conveyor belt style oven, has minimal flop, which is a plus. The crust, crispy but not too thin, holds up well even with that style of cooking. The cheese is gooey, and the sauce has a tangy kick. All in all, a solid slice scoring an 8.2

The cheese bread was some of the best we've ever had. It was soft, thick, and very cheesy. The pizza had very good ingredients. In fact the mushrooms were large slices not usually found on a pizza. However, we found the crust to be too thin and chewy for our taste. This surprised us since the cheese bread was so good. Be prepared to wait since they only have one small oven and the orders can keep them quite busy.
Update: I had to lower the rating due to the fact that I've never heard of a pizza joint that wasn't open on the weekends. We returned for an encore only to find the place closed.

Absolutely wonderful sandwiches, soup, and pizza! I have never had a bad meal here! The restaurant is always very clean and the customer service is top notch! Didn't catch her name but the lady who took our order was so kind, welcoming and really knows what good customer service is-she had glasses and really short black hair. Will definitely always come to Pauly's when we have a chance!

Stopped here on vacation. Friendly service. Awesome cheese pizza. My husband and I shared the Greek salad, and it was huge and delicious. The cheese bread was great! Lots of options. If you are in Rapid City and you like pizza, check this place out!

Great pizza (a bit salty) and fun atmosphere! Plenty of parking and seating options. It does take a bit to make the pizza (made fresh) so be patient. Would eat here again if I was in the area.
