Best experience I've ever had as a customer! I've gone here rather frequently since I work in the shopping center. Today was the most amazing day. I'm at work and started to get hungry but I only brought one card today and the account only had a few dollars in it because it's not my main checking account so I figured I'd get a pretzel dog and a cheese cup and call it a day. The account was a few cents short of the total and they gave it to me anyways for the price of the pretzel dog. To the young gentleman that helped me out today. Thank you so much for your kindness. I've been so stressed out with Christmas and am working a 12 hour shift with no food for lunch and you guys just saved my day. It meant the world to me thanks you guys! 🙏. This is my absolute favorite place to get pretzels if you're looking for a good place to fill your hankering for pretzels this place is a 100/10! I recommend this place whole heartedly.

Good products, good service, and good prices. Something must be done with the parking situation there. I am elderly and can never get a spot near the store because of all of the cars that are stored on the lot—the drivers are not customers of any on site business. I wish the owner of the franchise would demand that the management of the Collegeville Center to get those cars off the lot.

Go here at least once a week. But the past couple trips some of the pretzels are not cooked in the middle. The end pretzels are perfect but the middle large ones sometimes are not cooked all the way. Please fix that. Also yall need to start putting cheese back in those hotdogs. You used to have american cheese.
