I rate it a three because the chairs are so disgusting and the floors are very nasty the food is good but the noodles could have a little more flavor one of the bowls had a big opening on the bottom so we had to get a new bowl the large bowl is small and the small is bigger than (SMALL). There’s only been one time that my order quality wasn’t consistent, but hey 1/40 times I’ve been here? That’s not bad! We all have our rough moments but honestly this is a really nice pho place especially when there four other pho places in Moreno Valley, this one is top notch. OH also the banh mi is sooooo good, we had the pork and beef one.
